CLT Protocol for Improving Functions of GI Tract without drugs

Subject Matter

Problems associated with the gastrointestinal (GI) tract which is very bad constipation and bloatedness.

Medical suspicion or confirmation (by doctors)

Susan (not her real name), aged 43 has been having constipation and abdominal bloating for a long time. Upon advice by friends, she took a lot of supplements bought from pharmacies to try to solve this problem and also to increase nutrients in her body.
She visited the doctor when she experienced severe pain around the liver area. The doctor diagnosed the pain to be caused by inflammation of the liver. She was then prescribed some medication and was also told to stop all the 9 supplements which she was taking at that time.

HG Profiling

Her indigestion was indicated by her inability to finish the usual “full” adult portion of any meal. If she were to do so, she would feel uncomfortable in her midsection and abdominal area, having the full and bloated feeling like she was going to ‘pop’ at any moment. Her extreme discomfort did not just resonate in her midsection area but would gradually spread to her chest area where she would end up having difficulty in breathing deeply. She would start to feel a shortness of breath and would have to concentrate in order to be able to breathe naturally. This would sometimes lead to slight dizziness and a strong urge to doze off. As for her constipation, her bowel movements were irregular, eliminating only once every 2 to 3 days, sometimes even less frequently.

Energetic Diagnosis

There were a few factors that contributed to her GI tract problems:

  1. Dehydrated GI Tract
She drank very little water and therefore was extremely dehydrated. She thought that her body could be hydrated through other forms of liquid like tea and soup, which is not true. The body can only be hydrated by plain water, i.e. H2O. When the body cells are hydrated by the hydrogen element, they will be recharged with energy. This will enable the colon to have the energy to push out the faeces through strong bowel movements.
  2. Wrong food combination robbed body’s energy for digestion
She was not aware that the wrong food combination, i.e. eating carbohydrates with protein in the same meal, could lead to indigestion. To avoid this, the body will have to use more energy to digest all the food eaten. But since she had spent many years working in the highly stressful corporate environment, she was found to be extremely low on energy. On top of that, her high-strung personality with a character that easily became anxious actually caused her body to leak a lot of energy. So with insufficient overall energy, it is of no wonder that not all the food eaten could be digested.
  3. Absence of ‘live food’ in her diet led to lack of enzymes for digestive function
As she was not overly fond of eating ‘live’ food, this means that throughout her entire lifetime, her intake of fresh, ‘live’ food such as fruits and raw vegetables had been extremely minimal. As these foods have higher enzymes and nutrients compared to cooked food, they provide the energy for the GI tract to perform its functions, i.e. digest all the food, absorb nutrients and eliminate all toxins from the body.
  4. Stressful lifestyle leaked energy
Higher bodies leaking energy so little left for physical function.

Treatment

The path to improving health always starts with education; and with education, a changed and better lifestyle.

HG Profilers explained to her that the body needs a lot of energy to perform basic functions such as digestion, absorption, assimilation and elimination. So when she becomes anxious, worried or fearful under stressful conditions, her body will leak energy, resulting in having insufficient energy to function efficiently.

Measures

HG Profilers recommended several measures which include balancing the emotional body as well as physical measures:

  1. Reducing stress factor – balancing Emotional Body
Stress, anxiety and all forms of negative thoughts and emotions can cause the body to leak a lot of energy. As such, she was found to be deficient in the sulfur mineral. So we suggested to her to consume garlic oil which has sulfur content, as well as applying and rubbing the garlic oil on her stomach and abdominal area to aid in the absorption of sulfur.
  2. Re-hydrating GI Tract
Increasing her water intake and to reduce her consumption of tea, if possible, to totally eliminate it. This is to speed up the process of hydrating every part of her body. Tea by the way is a form of diuretics that can dehydrate the body. If taken daily and in a large quantity, it can cause dehydration despite taking water at the same time.
Drinking soup is fine as long as she drinks it not while she is having her meals. In addition to that, we informed her to stop drinking any water (or liquids) for half hour before meals and one hour after meals so that the hydrochloric acid is not diluted.
  3. Re-culturing probiotics and enzymes in GI Tract
It was recommended to her to take probiotics and enzymes and to increase her consumption of raw / live foods to keep the tract healthy.

Results

After 2 weeks of following HG Profilers’ recommendations, we observed that her digestion has improved where she did not have any more bloated feeling after her meals. Her appetite even improved because she was able to consume more without the ‘full’ and bloated feeling as before. Her constipation eased up a little and although the improvement in her bowel movements was slow to materialize, she was hopeful that in the months to come, she would be able to pass motion on a daily basis. This is as expected as after many years of not knowing how to maintain a healthy tract, it would take some time for the tract to repair and heal in order for it to function optimally.

Inference

When a person is low on energy when drained emotionally or mentally, the body’s basic biological functions will be impaired. Coupled with the lack of awareness of how the food and liquids that we put into our mouth will directly affect the level of effectiveness of our GI tract, it is of no wonder that so many people suffer from indigestion, difficulty in absorbing nutrients and constipation.

It is absolutely not necessary for people to take any drugs or medication for these problems. When we learn how to conserve our energy, to eat and drink with awareness, and to educate ourselves on how to take care of our GI tract, the body will over time heal and restore its basic functionality. Making effort to take care of one's body is first step towards loving collaboration with one's elementals, the pre-requisite for re-activation of the body's innate healing mechanism.
