I never thought I would say this but I am thankful to have been tested positive for COVID immediately upon my return home from an overseas trip. This meant several things: (a) my energy level was at an all-time low, and I needed to rest and re-charge myself; (ii) it allowed me time to reflect and study my CLT notes; (iii) it gave me an opportunity to work out what the aspects of my life that is inconsistent or is at odds with a CLT practitioner. For the past week, I have been self-isolating in an empty flat with no wi-fi.
