In the first article, we shared that dehydration is a cause of many physical problems and that one should drink only water for hydration. Many who came to the HG Academy for help thought that drinking fluids eg juices, soups and beverages is as good as drinking water. In our view, it is not.
Hydration means donation of hydrogen to the body cells. The body needs hydrogen electrons to be hydrated and to keep us alive.
When we drink tea, coffee, orange juice, soup and other forms of fluids, the solid particles in these drinks would bind with the hydrogen ions hence rendering them not able to hydrate the cells. What these drinks do is to mineralize the cells instead of to hydrate them.
Remember the best drink to bring up hydration level is PLAIN WATER!!
