Bee sting
I was stung by a bee on a Sunday morning and I used some commercial off-the-shelf product to treat it because it was convenient to do so. It did not work too well as the swelling was worse the next day. I tried another antiseptic remedy in the form of pure tea tree oil. Still no improvement. There was feeling of 'intense heat' at the sting area. Then I remembered a toxin extraction method from a HG workshop.
I made a mixture of different healing salts which contain different minerals to ease soreness and boost cell wall permeability and HG alfalfa powder with nano silver solution, and put onto a piece of cotton wool to plaster the wound. Alfalfa is alkaline in nature and is an antioxidant while nano silver as a disinfectant. The combination worked and the swelling reduced significantly in size 6 hours later!
I did not repeat the application but merely applied some rose hip oil (vitamin C) to support healing.

Headache
Headache
Sometime back in September 2016, I had a headache that lasted two full days. First I thought it was caused by energy field contamination and did the requisite CLT 5E exercises to clear. After each CLT 5E exercise routine, the headache stayed away for barely 1/2 hour before returning.
I helped myself with several natural remedies I know from the HG supplementation regime but nothing seem to strike. Only on Tuesday morning, I guessed the headache it could be caused by my liver unable to process food toxins from Sunday night's dinner (which was later than usual). I consumed one sachet of HG Enzymes & Milk Thistle to support the liver detoxification process. Remarkably the headache was gone not long after that.
Underlying lessons from this experience-
1. When our liver function is compromised, fat soluble toxins (phenols) cannot be converted to water soluble for elimination. Phenols can travel far in the body, and in my case gone to the head causing a persistent headache.
2. A late dinner could not be well digested as production of gastric juices by our body tapers off after 6.00pm. Undigested food combined with oils in the gut results in excessive phenols that in turn demands more work of the liver to process for elimination. Only water soluble toxins are discharged (at liver phase 2 process) phenols remain in the body until It's processed by enzymes again (at the liver phase 1 process) to convert to water soluble toxins.
3. Our body has a natural mechamism to expel toxins. We need to be mindful of supporting the process than impairing the gifted ability.
