Hydration - Why Plain Water is Best!

This article is written based on the School’s CLT energetics knowledge, healing experiences and R&D. The term “hydration” is the donation of hydrogen (H2) atoms, oxygen (O) molecule and electrons to cells for cellular respiratory.

Plain water has a geometric structure and molecular composition of H2+O so it is the best for cellular absorption. The innate structural properties of water would be altered in fizzy beverages (where carbon dioxide is usually added) and all other beverages because the H2 is easily bonded by other minerals when the beverage is mixed with water. By NOT drinking plain water, our body needs to spend extra energy to extract hydrogen from the bonded structure before any cellular absorption can happen. This is not an advisable form of hydration for the sick. The Hydrogen atoms support energy creation in the mitochondria, the powerhouse of cell.

Staying hydrated with plain water helps to maintain a cellular energy of -25mV during our waking hours. We feel tired when cells are stressed and cellular voltage drops to -15mV. Check your hydration level if you are lethargic for no reason.
