On 13th Dec 2006, there was a sudden surge of 'floaters' and flashes in my right eye. As I had a planned business trip a few weeks from then, I consulted an eye speciaist on 16th Dec, 2006.
The doctor diagnosed that there was a tear on the retina of my right eye. He sighted bleeding and blood deposits at the base of the eye. He proposed laser surgery and recommended a renowned eye surgeon. An appointment was made for Dec 20th, 2006.
As my wife was concerned that carrying heavy objects would worsen my eye condition, she suggested to seek a second opinion from the Healing Team at Heaven’s Gift Academy. Since I had to wait 4 days for the laser treatment, I agreed. The healer ‘bathed’ my retinal tear continuously with cotton swabs soaked in specially prepared crystal elixirs. The process lasted about 30 minutes. I was given some elixir to continue the treatment on my own at home, 3-4 times daily.
On 20th Dec, I brought letter and the drawing of the location of the retinal tear provided by the first doctor to the laser eye clinic. The nurse dilated my right eye for the doctor’s examination. When the doctor checked my eye, he ordered the nurse to dilate my eye again because he could not detect the tear nor blood deposits. After dilating it 3 times, he still could not locate the tear and hence no laser treatment was required.
After 2 years, I decided to go back to the first doctor for a check-up and related the incident to him. He checked the eye and found that the tear has healed completely and the blood has dried up. He could not offer any explanation for it. He said, “This is very unusual. I think you must have said a lot of prayers!”
