Under the classical fengshui system, there are few sectors in the house that are regarded as bad. Normally, the advice is to renovate and keep these sectors as store so as not to trigger or activate the negative energies. Can CLT geomancy neutralise these bad sectors so that the owners do not have to renovate and use these sectors safely without repercussion?

Under the classical fengshui system, its true that some of the sectors are considered as inauspicious or bad sector. In CLT geomancy points of view, we will not said certain sector is bad or good, instead we only considered the places or spot which the energy potency is low or is block.
In CLT geomancy, we always stress on the energy flow and energy potency. By achieving that, we need to balance the 5 elements ( earth, fire, water, air and time space ) of the house

There is always imbalance in the house. Some areas will be strong while some areas will be weak. The practice of renovation and limiting the usage of a perceived 'bad' sector, assumes that energy is stagnant. but energy is dynamic and influenced by cosmic energy shifts. Therefore, the suggested practice does not effectively address the issue and is impractical.
CLT geomancy approaches this from the energy dynamics by supplying, balancing and stabilising the energy flow to the whole property via crystals which intelligently and automatically adapt to counter energetic shifts.

Yes. There is no such constraints in CLT geomancy. This system works on Light energy which can neutralise all afflictions in the environment.

The bad sectors under the classical system refers to the incompatibility of the elements of the sector with the occupant. From CLT point of view, this is due lack of minerals of that sector to the particular occupant. with the remedy from CLT Geomancy, this problem can be resolved by placing the grid to draw in the necessary minerals, hence, there is no need to do any renovations! :P
