How Does My Personality Impact My Well Being

As CLT practitioners, we were taught how our character impacts our well being. While I was taught this many years ago, it was only recently that I came to understand what it truly meant. By nature, i am easily excitable. I inherited this personality trait from my parents. Because of this trait, i deplete my magnesium reserves very easily. As i began to study the properties of magnesium, i understood why i experience sub-optimal coordination and chest pains when i am stressed or excitable. It was due to excessive loss of magnesium. As my body went to a deficient state, it was unable to transmit nerve and muscle impulses throughout my body thus making it difficult for me to coordinate my movement. Prolonged leeching of magnesium due to highly stressful condition constricted of my chest arteries thus creating chest pains.  This realisation made me understand the teaching on how personality impacts on one's well being.

CLT System balances 4 Bodies

Thanks Angie for sharing the above. There are several pertinent points.

Firstly, it is a case of illustrating that the emotional/mental states affect the physical body. The solution most would adopt is to use supplements. Whilst that is a temporary measure, CLT Practitioners are taught to balance all 4 Bodies by re-learning and expressing true love.

Secondly, we inherit genes from our parents and go about living life with the destructured DNA. In CLT, we learnt that we can restructure and restore the original blueprint of our genes if we are able to express the 3Ps along with respect the principle of freewill simultaneously. The CLT Practice Cultivation System enables practitioners to harness rich cosmic minerals, in fact full spectrum minerals for repair of our DNA...if we could truly express love.

Lastly, I feel that one's personality is one's identity on this plane during this life time and is dominated by the ego/our mind, which is the externalisation of our imperfect genes. CLT Cultivation would refine our mind and character and awaken the soul and spirit in us till we are able to finally merge with One-ness...

Others' views are welcomed!

People who are always telling

People who are always telling us what's wrong with us do not help us much as they paralyze us with shame and guilt.

People who accept us help us to feel good about ourselves, to relax, to find our way. Accepting another person does not mean we never share constructive suggestions. But like everything else, our behaviour is not so much the issue as the energy it carries. If i am criticizing someone in order to change them, that is my ego talking. If i prayed to the Source to heal me of my judgement, however and then i am still led to communicate something, the style of my sharing will be one of love instead of fear. It will not carry the energy of attack but rather of support. Behavioral change is not enough.

Covering an attack with sugary icing, with a sweet tone of voice or therapeutic jargon is not going to work wonders.

We need an authentic switch from fear to love. When we speak from the ego, we invoke the ego in others.

When we speak from love, we will invoke their love.
