A practitioner asked about how to restructure one's DNA using the CLT System apart from CLT Energetics. Below is my view on this:
CLT Energetics really work wonders! With the nerve pain I had on different occasions, after taking supplements, during both movement & still forms, esp the latter, the pains would subside! But I still get it back bcos I hv not restructured my DNA. And the missing component is CLT Cultivation!!!
After last thur's discussion re damaged nucleus of cell caused by strong will (not in flow with natural laws of universe) hence causing nuclear fallout (explosion of negative frequency/energy) from the damaged cell, I observed myself/my body during still form upon reaching home & I would like to share my observation and hypothesis:
I paid attention to my body as I sat - the period from incoherent to coherent field (from state of tensed muscles to less tensed to relaxed state), I realised that my body was/ has become 'naturally tensed' as the damaged imprint is in my DNA! And I have been going around my whole life with such destructed DNA & at times were proud of it in the past (ego thru achievements at the material world & misunderstood expression of love).
I realised I could only have this observation as I had energy from the Practice - I became more aware of how I have been pushing/willing my body all this time till it reached breaking point (so though we might not have that sudden burst of anger but fallout could be happening unnoticeably, maybe some could relate eg "I kept my cool, I tried to express love, I respected free will, I didn't push thru" etc so I did not forcefully or wilfully forced my body. But think about it, how come patterns/mistakes kept repeating/problems and remained unresolved. Could this not be the our damaged genes are acting up all the time, only a matter of severity of damage and the elementals calling out for help?
So I became more aware of my body (also connecting better with my cells) & I know I must maintain my energy to remember this & increase energy level to have more insights so I could see more of my attachments (which have become set patterns & we can't recognize them as attachments) & let go. Kind of a process of expansion of consciousness… Hopefully this is the AHA moment when I finally understood how destructured DNA is expressed without us recognising it & that is why we need energy to look at our issues and try to understand/reflect & build up enough using the CLT System to let go then repair/restructure.
I could only help by mapping the path as I see it & hope it make sense to you. In the meantime, we keep working on it: So cultivate:
1. By aligning & connecting to Source to the Master (keep our objective of returning Home in tact & focussed, so we can plug in & have access to Light Energy to understand the teachings & able to see our attachments),
2. then can let go off attachments (so u can stop depletion of energy)
3. Review energy mgmt & conserve to build up for repair. Very important point during the process is to hv faith & keep going as we burn off karma in the process.
Members cld try observing so we can confirm/strengthen/refute/add on to the hypothesis. …. Things evolve at such a fast pace at the School! Now I am experiencing a lot more of nerve pains and involve more areas of my body… I knew that whilst these were triggered by carelessness on the physical side, something the Master said made me looked into violations at the higher bodies and I think I have a clue of what I did wrong…I acted out of love on some occasions and this would have a direct impact…
I had to go through the process of pain=>reflections of where I had gone wrong => stop the violations => then only can stop leakage of energy=> then only can repair.
Now I am getting even more convinced that there is no way out – supplements alone won’t do it, but I will still do it to improve my physical condition which is important as it houses the ascension vehicle but submit/surrender the higher bodies’ issues to Source by connecting and the first step is look at our issues and solve it using CLT protocols/teachings bcos we would have violated so many laws that it will be too painful and stressful for the bodies to grind to a halt before we make the U-turn…
Anyone with insights please share so we can progress towards re-engineering of our genome!

Absolutely in total agreement with you,, in my case, I wasn't aware oif it I(depleting ) and thought I was conserving energy all those whike...And thus, we really need to slow down, conserve our energy, observe and connect to ouselves...❤

To understand why we need to restore every single piece of genetic information that was lost, we need to understand that our DNA has the signature of the Source written all over; which shares same sacred geometric design in the foundation of life itself.In short we need to recognise which LIE is holding us hostage because taking in non-source information will only destroy the light structures that we built from cultivation.
Hence by refining our mind and character, we would have started restoring the Sacred Geometry within our DNA. That is not easy by any stretch of the imagination but it is absolutely necessary step for ascension.
PATHWAY TO RESTRUCTURING DNA THROUGH CLT SYSTEM
Many of us underestimated the power of the Human Will which could explained our progress on this pathway. Did some research and reproduce a summarised version.
Governing Power in Nature of Man.--The Will is the governing power in the nature of man, bringing all the other faculties under its sway.
Everything Depends on Its Right Action.—We need to understand the true force of the Will. This is the governing power in the nature of man-- the power of decision, of choice. Everything depends on the right action of the Will. Desires for goodness and purity are perfectly fine, as far as they go; but if we stop here, they avail to nothing. Many will go down to ruin while hoping and desiring to overcome their evil propensities. They do not yield the Will to Source and chose not to serve Him.
Man's Will Is Aggressive.--The Will of man is aggressive and is constantly striving to bend all things to his purposes. If it is enlisted on the side of Source, the fruits of the Source will appear in the life with glory, honor, and peace to every man that does good.
Impossibility Lies in Own Will.-- The impossibility lies in our own Will. If you will not, the you can not overcome. The real difficulty arises from the corruption of unsanctified hearts, and an unwillingness to submit to the Source.
Save All the Strength of the Will.--The work of "breaking the Will" is contrary to the principles of Source. The Will of the person must be directed and guided. Save all the strength of the Will, for the human being needs it all; but give it proper direction. Treat it wisely and tenderly, as a sacred treasure
The Divided Will Is a Snare.--Every person needs to cultivate decision. A divided state of the Will is a snare, and will be the ruin of many. Be firm, else you will be left with your character built upon a weak foundation.
Two Elements of Character.--Strength of character consists of two things--power of Will and power of self-control. Many person mistaken strong, uncontrolled passion for strength of character, but the truth is that he who is mastered by his passions is a weak man. Real greatness and nobility of the man is measured by the power of the feelings that he subdues, not by the power of the feelings that subdue him. The strongest man is he who, while sensitive to abuse, will yet restrain passion and forgive his enemies. Such men are true heroes.
Safe Only When United With Divine.--The Will of man is safe only when united with the Will of Source. When our Will is placed on the Source’s side, He takes that Will and makes it one with the Divine Will.
Human Will to Be Blended With Divine Will.--In this conflict of righteousness against unrighteousness we can be successful only by Divine aid. Our finite Will must be brought into submission to the Will of the Infinite; the human Will must be blended with the divine. This will bring the Source to our aid, and every conquest will tend to the recovery of Source's possession; the home coming of His children.
The Will Determines Life or Death.-- It will require a sacrifice to give yourself to Source; but it is a sacrifice of the lower for the Higher, the earthly for the Spiritual, the perishable for the Eternal. Source does not design that our Will should be destroyed, for it is only through its exercise that we can accomplish what He would have us do. Our will is to be yielded to Him that we may receive it again, purified and refined, and so linked in sympathy with the Divine that He can pour through us the tides of His love.
To Understand True Force of Will.--You will be in constant peril until you understand the true force of the Will. You may believe and promise all things, but your promises or your faith are of no value until you put your Will on the side of faith and action. If you fight the fight of faith with all your Willpower, you will conquer. Your feelings, your impressions, your emotions, are not to be trusted, for they are not reliable.
