CLT Practitioner’s Sharing: IS EXPRESSING ANGER HEALTHY OR DESTRUCTIVE?

My colleague, Philip arrived at my home at 8.00am.  I jumped into his car and we left for our boss, Jessica’s house on our way to visit a priority customer.  As we approached Jessica’s house, I heard and sensed an explosion.  I thought to myself: Are my ears and senses playing tricks on me?  While I had developed sensitivity to energy after learning the CLT 5E practice, I was not the most sensitive practitioner.  I dismissed what I had heard/sensed and chalked it as a figment of my imagination.

We found Jessica waiting anxiously in front of her gate.  She looked irate and started whining about her secretary, Jamie, as soon as she entered the car.  Details of how Jamie had failed to follow instructions were offered; repeated letdowns left Jessica livid.  As the conversation progressed, she revealed that she had shouted at Jamie over the phone minutes before we arrived.  The explosion that I had sensed earlier was real!

I felt queasy listening to stories of Jamie’s carelessness.  Feeling awful and hot like I was on fire, I retreated into silence to regain my balance.  Time slowed down as we made our way to the client’s office; arriving there seemed to take forever.  Struggling not to throw up in Philip’s new car, I was relieved when we finally arrived at our destination.

What is Anger?

Merriam-Webster defines anger as “a strong feeling of displeasure and usually of antagonism”. The Encyclopedia of Psychology defines anger as “an emotion characterized by antagonism toward someone or something that you feel have deliberately done you wrong.  Anger can be a good thing. It can give you a way to express negative feelings as well as motivate you to find solutions to problems”.

The English dictionary and psychology definition of anger bear similarities.  The CLT definition of anger, however, is quite different as it takes an energetic perspective.  It states that:

“Anger originates from the Fire element which is one of the 5 broad divisions of elements (‘known as the 5 elements’). All the 5 elements (‘5e’) are made of particles. 5E reflect matter in different states (solid, liquid, gas etc.) and density by using the Fire element to transmute. When all the 5E are in harmony and balanced, the flame can be kept steady. This type of flame is nourishing to the 4 bodies.  Pure spiritual fire moves one to serve our Creator and help mankind selflessly.

It is when the 5E are not balanced, for example, there is insufficient water element, the fire element starts to burn into the 4 bodies. Anger can also reflect an emotional body burning out of control. Uncontrolled anger is essentially a state where the fire is not balanced by the presence of other elements.”

What happens energetically when we express our unbridled anger

99% of the human body mass is made out of 6 main elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus.  When our emotional body burns out of control, we trigger the collision between two hydrogen atomic nuclei at high speed to form helium.  This intense self-sustaining chain reaction of collision is known as nuclear fusion.  When this occurs, a thermonuclear/ hydrogen bomb is created along with a tremendous amount of energy that adds to its firepower.

The explosion that I had heard/sensed en route to Jessica’s house was the consequence of Jessie’s expression of unbridled anger.  The nuclear fusion of her hydrogen atoms created the hydrogen bomb that she had unconsciously unleashed at the energetic level.  The explosion occurred in the invisible world occupied by unseen beings and had generated casualties that could only be sensed by those who are energetically attuned.

Also, Jessica had launched the assault on herself.  When the fire of anger devoured her, she burned uncontrollably and charred her own Emotional Body.  Her Emotional body sustained further damage when she internalized the low frequency of anger

Her wild emotional fire then scorched others in close proximity; in this case, it was Philip and I.  While Philip could not sense the fire, I felt my auric field being singed.  The symptoms of queasiness were the result of exposure to radioactive fallout generated from the outburst.

Is Expressing Anger Healthy or Destructive?

In the CLT system, we learnt that expressing anger is destructive whilst psychology deems it to be a normal and healthy. This excerpt describes its detrimental nature.

"By being angry at these people, you are not only hurting yourself but you are also damaging them. Anger or even rage has very detrimental effect on any life form. You can't imagine to what extent this damage has impact on them and IN YOU!!!

This world is full of anger, hatred, rage. You can create a ripple effect and HURT a lot of beings without you realizing. Love can transmute, only Love can neutralize this negativity. It is indeed very hurting.

All of you must know how to handle your anger. Doesn't matter if you are DISPLAYING it or SUPPRESSING it or bottling it quietly. It is just as damaging. If you allow it to FESTER, very damaging, very, very DAMAGING!!!!"

The energetic sensitivity that I had developed after years of practicing CLT 5E gave me a front row seat to witness the harmful effects of anger.  It removed my misconception that expressing anger is normal and healthy.  Jessica’s outburst was an example of how unrestrained anger builds nothing but destroys everything.

The fire of her anger damaged her 4 bodies and DNA as well as burnt her auric field.  It scorched and hurt others in close proximity.  When she expressed rage, she introduced negative particles into her heart chakra.  These particles collided with those found in her toroidal system and punctured holes in her energy field; stripping her own protection against the negative elements.

Her fury eroded her relationship with Jamie and was instrumental in destroying their fragile relationship.  The released hydrogen bomb damaged the Earth’s energetic lines as well as harmed the invisible beings that reside at her neighborhood.  Unknowingly, Jessica initiated mass destruction when she expressed her anger
