CLT

A question I’ve had for a long time is to do with analyzing and reflecting. These two things feel like the same thing, and often it is extremely draining. Yet, without analyzing, we do not learn the root of the problem. And because my perspectives and my mind are from the level of a normal human being, and my mindsets are distorted, it is impossible to come up with the true, right answer. It is also impossible to properly judge a situation when we live in ‘the realm of unknowing’.

So we must build energy through the practice—yet because our perspective is flawed / distorted, we also lose the energy we gain quickly and are unable to conserve. So, for a long while, I wondered how should I deal with my problems? But after reading Mr Li’s materials, I finally understood the nature of the ‘hardships’ / ‘problems’ in life. They are actually opportunities to burn off karma / creditors coming to collect debt from us. The way to deal with it is not to lend anymore energy to these ‘problems’. The way to deal with it is to endure it, give up what must be given up, follow what comes naturally, and overwrite it with beautiful relationships, creations & expressions.

To not analyze a problem is not the same as ignoring a problem. It is approaching life with an empty, still mind. By constantly emptying the mind, I am reducing thought karma and I am also freeing the mind. I used to be frustrated because during CLT 5E practice, my mind is like a television flipping through channels every five seconds, but nowadays I do get moments of silence. And I love it, and I try to incorporate those moments into the day, though it is difficult particularly when faced with distractions & material temptations.

The CLT 5E practice seems to become noisier when there are things that I desire strongly—wanting to impress others, wanting to appear a certain way, wanting connection. And during times when these things don’t appear so important, my mind and the CLT 5E practice reflects that as well. “What is there for you to cultivate if you no longer have any bad thoughts?! If you are so pure, aren’t you already a Buddha? That understanding is wrong.” In another article, Mr Li also mentioned something about how ‘growth’ is for the regular human being of this level. It is quite difficult to suddenly remove all your attachments, or free yourself from all bad thoughts, or remove all anger and sadness from your heart. So he said that if last week, you exploded with anger when something went wrong at work, and this week you at least contained the anger, then you have improved. Then in the future, the anger becomes smaller, milder, and one day you do not react at all, then you have improved well. I thought this was very meaningful in teaching me the overall journey of refinement of mind and character. After all, if the blueprint of the mind and energy field is already distorted by twisted perspectives and thick layers of karma from countless lifetimes, it is difficult to break out of it all at once. It is more of a steady learning curve with the constantly strong, determined intention of cultivation.

I read about Mr Li’s practitioner who was dragged several feet by a car, then calmly got up and told the driver that she was unhurt and fine, and left without scolding him, or feeling any anger. Reading this alone made me realize all the three principles which we try to study in CLT is connected as ONE principle. I think she was expressing selflessness, truth and love all at once. Often times the instantaneous reaction is fear and anger—she could’ve blamed and scolded the driver, or she could’ve played the victim and aimed for material compensation, but she maintained her priorities on her principles instead, and selflessly saved the driver from guilt or anger. This really doesn’t sound easy at all, because the ‘instant reaction’ of anger is difficult to rationalize out of. But her belief & perspective broke her out of that: of just flowing along with whatever events come and go in her life according to nature’s will. I think this kind of mindset makes many things feel small & meaningless to hold onto, and therefore easy to let go of.

Mankind is at the crossroad of the most critical moment of Earth’s history with unprecedented challenges from planetary, economic, healthcare, governance, spiritual fronts, right down to personal wellbeing

CLT is an energy cultivation system whereby practitioners learn how to conserve and build energy to:

  • Navigate through the current challenging & turbulent times
  • Scaffold & strengthen oneself to confront life’s challenges and transform one’s life circumstances
  • Energy is the capacity to do work. Do you have enough of it especially during turbulent times?
  • Ancient masters knew energy was key to health, vitality & longevity and were searching for an unlimited source of energy
  • Have you squandered your precious life energy (essence) away unknowingly?
  • From over 2 decades of R&D on the human energy system, the HG ACADEMY identified the root cause of all problems is due to DEPLETION OF ENERGY caused by VIOLATION OF UNIVERSAL LAWS
  • The CLT System is a SELF-ENLIGHTENING system where one learns to identify the root cause of one’s problems/issues and take corrective actions as well as enlightening to problems one ignored due to our hectic and busy lifestyle
  • Come join the preview of the CLT System where we will reveal:
    • Kept secrets on how to guard your energy field and improve your aura in the face of the mounting challenges
    • How one can harness Light Energy, the purest form of energy which can kickstart your self-healing mechanism when fully engaged with the CLT System
    • How you can avoid or get out of an emergency crisis to a stabilized state

My colleague, Philip arrived at my home at 8.00am.  I jumped into his car and we left for our boss, Jessica’s house on our way to visit a priority customer.  As we approached Jessica’s house, I heard and sensed an explosion.  I thought to myself: Are my ears and senses playing tricks on me?  While I had developed sensitivity to energy after learning the CLT 5E practice, I was not the most sensitive practitioner.  I dismissed what I had heard/sensed and chalked it as a figment of my imagination.

We found Jessica waiting anxiously in front of her gate.  She looked irate and started whining about her secretary, Jamie, as soon as she entered the car.  Details of how Jamie had failed to follow instructions were offered; repeated letdowns left Jessica livid.  As the conversation progressed, she revealed that she had shouted at Jamie over the phone minutes before we arrived.  The explosion that I had sensed earlier was real!

I felt queasy listening to stories of Jamie’s carelessness.  Feeling awful and hot like I was on fire, I retreated into silence to regain my balance.  Time slowed down as we made our way to the client’s office; arriving there seemed to take forever.  Struggling not to throw up in Philip’s new car, I was relieved when we finally arrived at our destination.

What is Anger?

Merriam-Webster defines anger as “a strong feeling of displeasure and usually of antagonism”. The Encyclopedia of Psychology defines anger as “an emotion characterized by antagonism toward someone or something that you feel have deliberately done you wrong.  Anger can be a good thing. It can give you a way to express negative feelings as well as motivate you to find solutions to problems”.

The English dictionary and psychology definition of anger bear similarities.  The CLT definition of anger, however, is quite different as it takes an energetic perspective.  It states that:

“Anger originates from the Fire element which is one of the 5 broad divisions of elements (‘known as the 5 elements’). All the 5 elements (‘5e’) are made of particles. 5E reflect matter in different states (solid, liquid, gas etc.) and density by using the Fire element to transmute. When all the 5E are in harmony and balanced, the flame can be kept steady. This type of flame is nourishing to the 4 bodies.  Pure spiritual fire moves one to serve our Creator and help mankind selflessly.

It is when the 5E are not balanced, for example, there is insufficient water element, the fire element starts to burn into the 4 bodies. Anger can also reflect an emotional body burning out of control. Uncontrolled anger is essentially a state where the fire is not balanced by the presence of other elements.”

What happens energetically when we express our unbridled anger

99% of the human body mass is made out of 6 main elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus.  When our emotional body burns out of control, we trigger the collision between two hydrogen atomic nuclei at high speed to form helium.  This intense self-sustaining chain reaction of collision is known as nuclear fusion.  When this occurs, a thermonuclear/ hydrogen bomb is created along with a tremendous amount of energy that adds to its firepower.

The explosion that I had heard/sensed en route to Jessica’s house was the consequence of Jessie’s expression of unbridled anger.  The nuclear fusion of her hydrogen atoms created the hydrogen bomb that she had unconsciously unleashed at the energetic level.  The explosion occurred in the invisible world occupied by unseen beings and had generated casualties that could only be sensed by those who are energetically attuned.

Also, Jessica had launched the assault on herself.  When the fire of anger devoured her, she burned uncontrollably and charred her own Emotional Body.  Her Emotional body sustained further damage when she internalized the low frequency of anger

Her wild emotional fire then scorched others in close proximity; in this case, it was Philip and I.  While Philip could not sense the fire, I felt my auric field being singed.  The symptoms of queasiness were the result of exposure to radioactive fallout generated from the outburst.

Is Expressing Anger Healthy or Destructive?

In the CLT system, we learnt that expressing anger is destructive whilst psychology deems it to be a normal and healthy. This excerpt describes its detrimental nature.

"By being angry at these people, you are not only hurting yourself but you are also damaging them. Anger or even rage has very detrimental effect on any life form. You can't imagine to what extent this damage has impact on them and IN YOU!!!

This world is full of anger, hatred, rage. You can create a ripple effect and HURT a lot of beings without you realizing. Love can transmute, only Love can neutralize this negativity. It is indeed very hurting.

All of you must know how to handle your anger. Doesn't matter if you are DISPLAYING it or SUPPRESSING it or bottling it quietly. It is just as damaging. If you allow it to FESTER, very damaging, very, very DAMAGING!!!!"

The energetic sensitivity that I had developed after years of practicing CLT 5E gave me a front row seat to witness the harmful effects of anger.  It removed my misconception that expressing anger is normal and healthy.  Jessica’s outburst was an example of how unrestrained anger builds nothing but destroys everything.

The fire of her anger damaged her 4 bodies and DNA as well as burnt her auric field.  It scorched and hurt others in close proximity.  When she expressed rage, she introduced negative particles into her heart chakra.  These particles collided with those found in her toroidal system and punctured holes in her energy field; stripping her own protection against the negative elements.

Her fury eroded her relationship with Jamie and was instrumental in destroying their fragile relationship.  The released hydrogen bomb damaged the Earth’s energetic lines as well as harmed the invisible beings that reside at her neighborhood.  Unknowingly, Jessica initiated mass destruction when she expressed her anger

I had a bad flu which persisted for a few days and then had pain at the chest/heart area which was more pronounced when I slept on the side. Concerned about the pain, I went to the Assunta Hospital’s A&E on 16th April 2005 and the doctor advised me to take an X-ray. The result showed that there was opacity in the left lung and my heart was enlarged to CTR of 13/24.5cm.

I found out later that the enlarged heart, caused by lung infection, was causing the pain. The doctor diagnosed it as atypical pneumonia due to my age at 45.

I had to be admitted to the hospital straightaway that night for treatment. The doctor put me on drip and some antibiotics. My hand swelled within the hour from the first antibiotic injection. The doctor had to administer another jab to neutralise that and prescribed a different antibiotic. The pain still persisted.

The next day, the Heaven’s Gift’s Healing Team came and performed crystal healing. They also brought along large quantity of crystal elixir for my consumption. Amazingly, after the healing session, the pain almost vanished!

I was feeling so much better the next morning after the healing session. When the doctor checked on my condition the next morning, he was surprised by my speedy recovery. He muttered, “Must be the strong antibiotics that I prescribed.” He wasn’t aware of the crystal healing session.

Crystal healing is a non-invasive therapy that directs healing energies to the human subtle energy system instead of the physical body. Heaven’s Gift’s system of healing utilizes Light Energy harnessed by natural crystals to revitalize and balance the flow of life force.”

Light energy/Source Energy/Pure Energy is the purest form of energy from the Primordial Source (from which we emerge). It is complete with energy that never depletes. Light energy has the highest level of coherence (order) and it is the most efficient and quickest way to transmit genetic info for healing cells, body, heart and mind.”

Besides the crystal healing session, I supported my body energetically by doing the CLT 5E Movement Form Practice (while I was at the hospital) which energized me after each practice session. The CLT 5E Practice tools (crystals) were the first thing I asked my husband to bring from home to the hospital when I was admitted.

“The CLT 5E Practice - Movement Form is a proprietary practice developed by HG Academy. This practice harnesses cosmic energy and Light Energy with crystals to:

  • Build up the eight extraordinary vessels with energy
  • Widen the energy gates and channels
  • Establish a smooth, continuous and balanced flow of energy in the 12 meridians
  • Optimise the energy and blood flow within the body
  • Guide energies to the areas of deficiency

As I wasn’t coughing much, for a pneumonia case, I was given medication via the nebulizer to loosen phlegm. However, my body ‘rejected’ the medication as I trembled with each breath taken. I couldn’t get the nurse to stop the treatment. I really dreaded the thought of having to do it twice a day. So I insisted to be discharged from the hospital on 19th April (3 days after hospitalisation) against the doctor’s advice. He said “Normally the patient would need to stay for a week for such a condition.”

Whilst I went back for follow-ups and X-ray, I only continued with antibiotic. At the same time, I received many sessions of crystal healing and ingested a lot of crystal elixir prepared by Heaven’s Gift.

“Heaven’s Gift has developed and refined a proprietary technology of energising water, utilising natural crystals which have the ability to harness and organise rays of Light Energy to restructure water with vibrational essence of different types of minerals to support and compensate energy and mineral deficiency. At the same time, it also organises water molecules into small clusters of colloidal size for easy assimilation.”

The subsequent X-ray taken on 20th May 2005 showed that my lungs were completely clear and heart has returned to normal shape and size.

In a routine medical check-up required by my employer then, the X-ray taken on 15th Dec 2005 (7 months after the hospitalisation) re-confirmed that the lungs remained clear and heart size and shape was of normal configuration. The attending doctor (at a different hospital) was astonished that I had pneumonia and recovered within such a short span of time as she said, “Normally there would be scarring of the lung, given that it was just about 6 months ago. If you did not mention it, I would not have known you had pneumonia earlier this year based on the X-ray.”

HG Acadaemy is of the opinion that crystal healing via electron transfer yields complete healing resolution at the cellular level, leaving no scarred tissues.

I truly appreciate the great work and patience of the Healing Team from Heaven’s Gift Academy of Crystal Light Transmission

My CLT journey with the Academy has changed my perspective on life itself. It has given me the true meaning of life’s purpose. I guess I found the answers to what I have been searching for. I didn’t understand what Taoism was about since young but I just followed since I was told I’ve been baptised to Goddess of Mercy.

When I attended the workshops in 2016, I just absorbed as much as I could as they seemed to make sense. To me, CLT is a simple way of life expressing the 3Ps. As I worked on my mum’s bedsores, diabetic, diarrhoea, constipation, I understood the energetics & diet better. I just believed in the system and followed the protocols. One after another my mum’s ailments improved. Even the mobile nurses were amazed at how my mum could improve in such a short span of time validating the protocols. My mum has not visited the doctors for any of her ailments other than the few times when her blood sugar dipped below 3. It was just 1-2 days on drips in the hospital and then she went home. Those dips as I understand now were mainly due to energies my family & I brought home which affected mum as she was the weakest.

I started by gridding my home and my office to help me stay afloat energetically. When I study the teachings and learn to apply them, it gives me great wisdom and insights. I started helping my colleagues/friends who had problems and sharing with them what I learned in the classes and about the power of HG crystals.

I have learned how to control my anxieties; relax, stay calm and detach from my daily routines. Practicing the CLT 5E gives me a clear head to start my day. Understanding how energies affect me, I continue to observe, especially when I feel lousy or lethargic. I am glad I decided to be a service worker and hope to help my family members, friends & mankind along the way. My main aim for now is to conserve energy and reflect more.

So to new members/practitioners, I would say, believe in the Source and the CLT System. It works when we fully trust and let go of our doubts and worries. Surrendering is the solution. It has been a great journey for me and I will continue to serve to my best ability and to cultivate Light energy.

The following are highlights from my journey with Heaven’s Gift Academy:

Mar 2016 – My mum did her profiling (has Alzheimer since 2012).

Jun 2016 – I attended workshops.

Apr 2017 – My mum had bad bedsores & found out she was diabetic. She sleeps on airbed till now.

3rd week Apr 2017 – returned from abroad and mum started hyperbaric treatments (thanks to the HG Academy’s recommendation).

Within 3-4 months, her bedsores healed almost 80% - except for the back (which took longer – the part where the diapers rubbed against it and also slowed down healing when she lay on her back).

Sept 2017 – I started profiling session with HG Academy.

Mar 2018 – My mum started on Rani’s organic chicken (essence) weekly. Now forth nightly/monthly.

Apr 2018 – mum stopped Xanax and Alprazolam medication.

Jul 2018 – I started reading SMS booklets.

Aug 2018 – My mum stopped going to ADFM (Alzheimer association).

Nov 2018 – I joined Video Team.

Mar 2019 – I joined Service Group.

May 2019 – My mum stopped all medication, Seroquel 25mg and Ebixa 10mg. Drug free now.

May 2020 – I joined Glossary Team.

I would like to thank our Master and the Academy for all the help extended to me and my family; for all the things I have learned; and for helping me understand my life’s purpose.

Adeline

The CLT Cultivation Practice System has provided me with an invaluable method to overcome adversity, suffering and attachments and helped me understand the purpose of having a human existence. I would like to share my experiences and observations, in particular some of the pitfalls and challenges I encountered when practising CLT.

Conserving Energy

For me, the main challenge is conserving enough energy to cultivate. I constantly struggle to conserve energy and not use it mindlessly for getting through daily life and work.

If I am tired, stressed and just having too much going on in life, I find that it is difficult to begin cultivating, adopting the 3Ps in daily activities, being alert about the 4 bodies, aligning to the Source etc. I once asked the Founder a question about CLT practice (I can’t remember what exactly). He took one look at me and said, “I think you’d better get some rest first”.

Without being sufficiently rested in body and mind, it’s not possible for me to cultivate effectively. When exhausted, I find that I cannot meditate (Still Form) for any length of time and even the thought of CLT practice seems like a chore. But when I am better rested, less anxious and more relaxed, I am much more receptive to CLT practice and am able to respond to situations with some semblance of the 3Ps.

So why don’t I just get more rest so that I can take my CLT practice to the next level? Well, getting enough rest is one thing but Light energy also leaks out like water from a sieve when I get distracted by material/worldly attachments. I love food, drinks (including a tipple or three when with friends!), cars, audio, YouTube, exercise etc. All of which saps energy when not consumed or carried out in moderation. I observed that the less energy I have, the more I am tempted by such distractions.

Likewise, if I succeed in conserving some energy and am mindful of the 3Ps, I find that worldly pursuits and distractions are less likely to attract and bother me and I am more open towards empathizing with others and thinking of their well-being.

Be mindful of energy dips

I have been reminded time and again to be alert when I am feeling very tired or experiencing a dip in energy, as things have a tendency to spiral downwards exactly during such times.

When feeling low, I notice that I am easily triggered to react by many, often superficial, things (actions or words by spouse, friends or parents, car horns, poor service, rude individuals etc). Once upset or angry, it is not possible to align to the Source or to think CLT thoughts. In this state it is easy to say or do things that create further conflict, misunderstanding and confusion. Further, I observed that when I am low in energy, I tend to attract/encounter people, situations or incidents that drain me even more.

Anger depletes enormous amount of energy in an instant!

Being angry is the fastest way I know to drain one’s energy. When I am really angry, not just annoyed or irritated, I feel a rush of negativity and pressure in my head that takes over rational thought and threatens to overflow into punitive action. Two incidents come to mind: an inconsiderate chap blaring his horn incessantly from behind while my beloved grandma who had arthritis was struggling to get down from the car and another inconsiderate chap berating my wife and mother-in-law for not giving up their seats for his girlfriend at a store. Just thinking about these incidents can trigger me all over again although they happened many years ago. These are what I believe to be negative energetic imprints that have stuck in my field for years.

Ego drains energy and results in disconnection from the Source

The other character trait that I find disruptive to CLT practice is the influence of the ego. Giving in to the ego seems less dramatic than anger but is equally draining energy and causing disconnection from the Source. Given free rein, my ego makes me judgemental and tricks me into perceiving that I am better than others, which is laughable. I am only able to “see” within a very limited range of frequencies, so how can I judge anyone? But I tend to do it anyway and it makes me feel unworthy and trapped by my thoughts. It also desensitizes me to the plight of the less fortunate. In this way, ego stifles my ability to apply the 3Ps and blocks connection to the Source.

Less than conducive living and work space

The environment where one lives does play a role when practising CLT. I’ve lived in Hong Kong for the past two decades and the abundant pollution (no chemical trails needed!), density of people, tiny living spaces, Wi-Fi everywhere and proximity to Mainland China simply add to the stress (my own and collectively).

Over the years, I have experienced dips and troughs in my energy levels at the workplace that have left me gasping (I literally found it difficult to breathe in office at times) but it has also presented me with ample learning opportunities to apply and understand the Teachings and 3Ps. I have observed that fear often dominates the workplace and the environment. Fear on a personal level (losing job, unable to support family, maintain lifestyle etc.), fear of the economy losing out to competitors, fear of losing independence to Mainland China and the list goes on. Fear paralyses and cuts off Light and connection to the Source.

Reducing exposure to conserve and build up energy

When I am low energy-wise, I find it helps tremendously to cut down as many social interactions and external engagements as possible to reduce exposure to different energy fields. Staying at home and resting together with practising CLT still and movement form is the best way to recharge by building up energy and dissolving harmful energetic imprints.

In summary, below are some steps that I have found helpful and even essential when practising CLT:

  1. In physical terms:
  • Get enough rest - deep uninterrupted sleep and follow the Earth rhythm (sleeping early and waking up early in sync with the sun).
  • Have a clean and moderate diet with more nutritionally dense (less processed) foods.
  • Avoid stressful situations whenever possible.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Use supplements intelligently when necessary.
  • For drinkers - drink alcohol in moderation or not at all.
  • Turn off the home WIFI and mobile phone data at night and when not in use.
  1. In terms of refinement of mind & character:
  • Try to steer away from anger
  • Detach from worldly attachments
  • Don’t be influenced by the ego, listen to your body
  • And most importantly, have an unshaken belief, trust and love for the HG School, CLT Teachings, the Founder and the Source.

An attachment may come in any form. It’s basically being tied to any particular idea, need or desire, and manifests in a myriad of ways.

My attachment as a mother

As a mother, I want the best for my children. An overly enthusiastic mother, I started with baby classes when my daughter was 6 weeks old to stimulate her senses. Then there were flash cards, gym sessions and language playgroups to stimulate the synapses and neurons in her brain. Of course, diet and nutrition is very important too – so she had gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar and salt-free diet. The chase started with a circle of like-minded parents around me, each supporting and reinforcing the ‘need’ to do x, y and z so that we can lay the best foundation for our children to succeed in our hyper-competitive world. I was driven by my fear of losing out, of not being a good enough mother, and of failing to properly provide and prepare my child for a happy and successful life. This is a form of attachment of my ego - my child’s achievements are a reflection of me as a mother.

Letting go of my ego-centric attachment by giving my daughters free will

My daughters are now in their teens. I have learnt to disengage from all that madness since I started my CLT journey. I no longer insist my children eat gluten or dairy free food, and I don’t emphasize academic achievement. It’s not to say I no longer want the best for my daughters, but achieving balance in everything is key. Our well-being is not just having physical health, we also need to look after our mental, emotional and spiritual health. As a parent, my role is to love my children unconditionally, observe and support them in whatever they do. It’s challenging especially when I’m surrounded by hyper-competitive mothers who do (or more likely get their kids to do) a, b and c so that they can improve their chances of getting better grades/get into universities, etc. But every time I’m pulled to this rabbit hole, I ask myself what is the purpose of doing a, b and c. Is it so I feel better, i.e. satisfy my ego-centric attachment, or genuinely for my children. If the latter, it should be up to them to decide, otherwise it’s too stressful and energy-sapping for all involved.

How my desire to connect to the Source became an attachment

As a CLT student/practitioner, I want to be connected to the Source. So every time I meditated with my crystals I imagined a direct line from me to the Source from the top of my head. My desire was so great I could feel it at the top of my head. This is also a form of attachment. When the HG geomancers came to re-energise my home grid, I was advised that I’ve an inexplicable pole from my head upwards! I was not connected to the Source just because I wished it but instead developed a long horn like a unicorn. I failed to cultivate my mind and character.

To connect with the Source, I now realise I must practise the three principles (3 Ps) – love, truth and selflessness. It’s important to ground ourselves in the 3 Ps as our internal compass. As we cultivate our mind and character, we learn to build and conserve our energy, and express the 3 Ps. When we express 3 Ps in our thoughts and actions, we have more Light energy levels, we make better decisions and take more positive actions. We are no longer troubled by petty matters. Things will usually seem to work out in the end, and when things don’t work out as they sometimes do, we accept them with equanimity. This also helps us reduce/resolve our karmic debt. A setback may be a blessing in disguise, open new doors and opportunities.

These examples happened a few years ago. I no longer have a unicorn pole on my head, and I have a loving relationship with my family. I am guided by the 3Ps in my thoughts and actions. I try not to be too troubled with mundane matters which may seem overwhelmingly large when it happens but best forgotten with passage of time. For starters, I try to refrain from making judgements and not be emotionally upset or angered by external events, or words people say to me, etc. Reacting emotionally closes off my mind and affects how I react. By centering my response in the 3Ps, I maintain emotional neutrality, and conserve my energy (or at least not have my energy sapped). I am able to observe the situation more calmly and rationally, and consequently I’m more open to different perspectives or different possible courses of action. This is especially true of criticisms. The harder and the more I react to criticisms (e.g. by being angry or upset), the faster the door for constructive discussion closes. The opposite is true too – the more I don’t react to criticism, the more open the discussion and the easier it is to understand and address the root of the criticism.

I am still learning how to express these universal laws properly. My journey towards the Source begins with one step at a time.

Understanding Law of Karma Dissolved Fears of Karma

It took me some years before I could appreciate the meaning and importance of cultivation ie refining mind and character. The realization came when the founder pointed out examples of how violations of the natural laws and the principle of free will impacted some of the members. This ‘light bulb’ moment has deep meaning to me at several levels as it was the missing piece which is integral to the understanding and hopefully commencement of CLT Cultivation for me.

At one level, I had a glimpse of how the laws of cause and effect/karma operate and it liberated my mind of the confusions in life and untied a knot in my heart as fears of karma were dissolved. On another level, the freeing of the mind lifted constrictions at the heart which I have had since I was holding on to so many of ‘what should be’.

Expending Energy Trying To Solve Life Problems Could Be Masking Symptoms

I am sharing this as I thought it might provide a window of relief to those of us who expend so much energies and effort and often find it exasperating, trying ways and means to ensure we and our loved ones live a life that is trouble-free. Many, if not all, would go about life operating on a thinking mode that life must go on smoothly, better still if we could prevent all the problems and obstacles in life before the issues manifest. And we felt constrictions in our hearts when things did not turn out the way we wished …

How did this problem-solving program get imprinted into our mind? Well, isn’t life about problem-solving, you may ask! Look at our education system – we were taught how to solve math questions and equations, science quizzes, geography tests, the list goes on. When we enter the working world, problem-solving skills are much prized, solutions to problems were much sought after be it a MIS hiccup, a clients’ public image controversy and the whole cycle repeats when children are born and we also meddle with their life lessons…

So, unconsciously we formed the view that issues and problems need to be removed/resolved, better still if prevented before these manifest full-blown… This problematic attitude of our own thinking, our ego can get really messy especially when the undertones are fear-based ...This mentality was so deeply entrenched into my mind that when I was at the helm of my career back then where stress levels were the highest, I would consume large doses of supplements to reduce the chances of falling sick, provided solutions to my family members’ impending problems using financial means … after all, prevention is better than cure … (Now with CLT, I learned that I was only masking the symptoms then, without addressing the root cause).

Helping Out Could be Taking Away Life Lessons…

On countless occasions, we went about helping our dear ones whenever we can, in many forms – offering tips or even buying supplements for a health issue (after having read about it from an article or a book or having tried it ourself), providing advice on relationship issues, making decisions or influencing or acting on their behalf on matters which they should have taken a decision on their own. When I learned about traditional Feng Shui, not only did I get my own house evaluated and so-called remedied but also my mum’s house, my sister’s, my brother's, and even my brother-in-law's. Like-wise years later, I did the same with HG CLT Grid! My motivation and intention were, better to avoid problems so life could be a smoother journey.

Little did I realise that with these so-called little ‘deeds’ I thought I have done, I was interfering with their karma and removing their lessons in life, and worst of all, I was taking on the load myself.

Life Problems Are Caused By Violations of Natural Laws

Issues and challenges we face are our life lessons. They appear and manifest as a result of mistakes we make due to violations of natural laws. Discomforts, disharmony, financial problems are all due to violations of natural laws and are pit stops of life – opportunities in life to make us reflect where we have stumbled so we could cut it at the root. An example of a violation of law is, instead of trying to understand and follow the physical laws of the body’s natural bio-rhythm by going to bed early, I resorted to the search and intake of supplements/herb to help me stay rejuvenated during the day. Or a nephew having problem, voicing out his issues to his parents, where I interfered based on what I thought was compassion instead of allowing him to learn to speak to his parents and realise that he has an oppressed throat chakra.

As I write this, I understand a little better of what the founder shared about that in life, we would have violated so many natural laws without us realising it, with our attitude of not allowing others their free will … not allowing them their much-needed lessons of life.
So I was going about taking away their lessons. Worse still, all the advice and help extended to family and friends were addressing problems at the surface level only, and with that, delayed the true lessons to be learned … so in a nutshell, it served neither side any good – precious energy/essence expended on my part instead of conserving it for own evolution, and prolonging the time for them to learn their lessons which will hit them one day as the root cause was not addressed by them … a no-win situation for all.

At the energetic level, when we interfere with others, we would have merged with their fields and their karma transferred to us. The other party without learning the lesson, would go on generating more and more karma till life’s essence/precious energy is depleted to the last drop.

Imposing Our Views & Influence Violates Law of Free Will

When I heard and understood the message from the founder that whenever we impose our opinion, exert our influence or in a gentle way trying to coerce the other party even when we are sharing the truth, we would have violated the law of free will. We are to offer guidance, advice with pure love and abide by the law of free will at the same time. The realisation was as if I had hit a home run. I could relate well to this as I found that when others did not take heed of advice (good, sound advice), my heart area would constrict because I was trying to influence their decisions/actions. For some time, I knew I was holding these notions of what should be and what ought to be tightly in my heart…these attachments because my mind tells me that is the right thing to do from old programming and conditioning from life … I was looking high and low into the CLT System but I could not let go … because my ego, my mind built on my self-assembled geometry (from my own understanding) kept tugging at me that says “If you stop that, you are no longer compassionate, then you are not expressing love …).

Pure Love Allows

With this realization that any attempt even the thought of trying to influence, control, persuade, coerce others so that the outcome is what we intend to are all different forms of violations of the principle of free will. Love isn’t love when we do not allow. I related to the fact that if I try to help someone by giving supplements, it would only provide relief to the physical body, I would have interfered as the soul misses a chance to learn and evolve …

The liberation of the mind then opens up the constrictions in my heart … May you hit many home runs in your journey of CLT cultivation!!

It operates mainly behind the scene, like digestion and breathing. It’s not something that we consciously think about, and then we realize what an important role it plays when we are threatened by a potential disease or a viral outbreak; as in the case of the coronavirus.

In today’s modern world, we are constantly exposed to different kinds of viruses, disease-causing microorganisms, unhealthy diet, stress and contaminated environment. So it’s not surprising that we have a poor immune system which causes us to easily fall ill and have a slower recovery rate.

The idea of boosting our immunity is enticing but here’s the low-down, the ability to do so successfully has proven elusive for a long time.

Here’s why:

  • There is still much that researchers don’t know about the intricacies and interconnectedness of the immune response.
  • There are still no scientifically proven direct links between lifestyle and enhanced immune function.
  • Our immune system is precisely that…..a system, and not a single mechanism or organ in our body. So for it to function well, it requires us to maintain a state of homeostasis within our body to provide it with balance and harmony.

So, how many people in this world have managed to reach a state of homeostasis in order for their immunity to evolve optimally with the changing times? Not many, judging from the rising number of illnesses, some of which I have difficulty pronouncing their names. And what’s with the rise in autoimmune diseases in the past 20 years?

Our complex immune system is our best weapon against diseases; recognizing and ignoring all our body’s cells and tissues, and simultaneously attacking any foreign “invaders” such as viruses, bacteria or fungi. However, in autoimmune diseases, it turns on itself and attacks its host i.e. the body’s own cells and tissues. Research has shown that autoimmunity is now one of the most common disease categories, ahead of cancer and heart disease. The frequency at which it is being diagnosed has caused some medical experts to call it an epidemic.

You might wonder, how in the world did we arrive at this stage? Since our immune system is supposed to grow stronger through time, producing smart ways to destroy pathogens and viruses, to keep them out of our bodies before they take us out, but instead it does the exact opposite? It just doesn’t add up.

In the current state of worry over the coronavirus, much information has been released to guide us to avoid infection, such as, washing our hands frequently, taking high doses of Vitamin C, avoiding crowded places, getting enough sleep, wearing protective masks, etc. While this advice is helpful to cut down the risks of exposure and contamination, it does little to help in strengthening our immunity.

As such, our sole defense and protection lies only in the strength of our immune system. So it is this that we need to put our focus on in order to work towards a state of equilibrium and homeostasis. So how do we start to do this?

To learn more, look out for our upcoming newsflashes. We will explain step by step in how to achieve this and the rationale behind each step……so stay tuned…….
