CLT Supplementation Protocols

I would like to share some findings regarding the damaging effects of anger and the re-energizing and healing provided by CLT 5E practice using HG crystals. The Biowell system scans below (dated 19 March 2021) provide visual evidence of the energetic changes I experienced.

Background

My daughters have been fostering two large rescued puppies since December 2020. We have adopted one and continue to foster the other. I am probably the only one in my family who has reservations about having dogs in a small apartment.

Summary of events

I try to do the CLT 5E practice each morning using HG crystals. After the 5E practice, I feel calm, refreshed and view things with equanimity, if only momentarily. Although that particular morning was no different, my emotional state changed quite rapidly.

7.04 am - The Biowell scan images below show my Biowell readings after CLT 5E movement and still form. My energy reserve levels were high (62 Joules / 91%) and no imbalances were noted.

Within the next 20 minutes, I experienced an explosion of anger caused by my dog misbehaving. I totally lost it and felt awful immediately– rattled, resentful and not a little embarrassed by my unexpected outburst, especially after CLT practice.

7.24 am - The Biowell scan below was taken directly after this outburst and shows my energy level was significantly reduced (45 Joules / 26%) and drained by my strong outburst. Spikes / imbalances appeared in my adrenal and respiratory system.

Feeling unsettled and distraught, I did the CLT still form again and below is the result.

8.13 am - The Biowell scan below shows that my energy levels recovered somewhat (59 Joules / 84%) after CLT still form but had not regained the original level. The imbalances / spike in the adrenals were still present but reduced.

Observations

Not expressing the 3 Principles (Love, Truth and Selflessness

Intellectually, I recognise that dogs are sentient beings and should be treated with love and respect. I don't think it is wrong to be firm to show them what appropriate or inappropriate behaviour is but I realise that I must do so in a way that expresses love rather than fear frequency.
Despite this awareness, what confounds me is that I still lose my temper at them very easily and it stresses me up.  Please see section on “triggers” for details.
When I fail to express love, to dogs or humans, it creates distance, disharmony and saps my energy. For example, I realise that when I scold and smack the dogs, it also hurts my daughters who are very attached to them. My daughters look at me accusingly (you should know better, Daddy!) and this affects our relationship. When I treat the dogs with love and respect (or just refrain from losing my temper), there is usually no problem and the family is harmonious.
I realize that the resentment and anger I feel towards the dogs stem primarily from my ego and self-esteem. I perceive dogs as animals, hence they should not be treated like humans and should obey instructions and do what they are told, especially in the house environment. I dislike walking the dogs simply because I feel it is beneath me to be ‘led’ by them and get angry when they do not respond to instructions or show defiance / free-will.

Triggers

I feel very self-conscious when the dogs bark at strangers and neighbours, play/fight with other dogs or do anything that creates a public scene. When that happens, I feel embarrassed and upset, which leads to blow ups. I dislike the fact that the dogs have to be walked 3 times a day by my helper, daughters and/or wife and worry that it takes time away from their studies, free time, chores etc. I basically feel resentful that the family is constrained by the dogs’ schedule and needs. I also worry that there will be fewer people to walk the dogs once my daughters leave for studies abroad.
I find that being aware and conscious of these triggers do help in reducing my anger but I still succumb from time to time and it is frustrating.

Effects of anger

After an outburst and angry explosion, I immediately feel drained and regretful. My energy level takes a big dive (which can be seen by the Biowell images) and I am unable to concentrate on tasks at hand. After a particularly intense outburst, I remember being completely spent and uncommunicative for the entire day. Needless to say, my angry outbursts also affect family members and the environment.

Thin nerve coating

My outbursts and propensity to get angry / irritated easily at the dogs (and other stressful situations including at work and family), is likely due to low energy and thin nerve coating which affects my emotional capacity (ability to withstand stress without losing balance). I have to work on developing my nerve insulation by building and conserving energy through CLT practice and proper nutrition / supplementation (i.e. sufficient anti-oxidants, suitable oils and Vitamin C).

Challenges

We are taught that life throws us challenges and we need to have the right system and tools to prepare for them. My current challenge is to resolve my relationship with the dogs.
This is no doubt a challenge for me and definitely a work in progress as I find it difficult to find the energy to refine my mind and character. I often relapse into apathy, laziness and attachments. This highlights other issues:

  1. I have toxicity in my chakras that needs to be cleaned out before I can function at a higher level of consciousness.
  2. My damaged aura field (lack of love) makes it difficult for me to understand, process and integrate the CLT teachings into a holistic framework. I am not using the borrowed energy wisely to facilitate comprehension.
  3. I am not expressing the 3 Principles correctly and lack confidence in explaining the CLT teachings and objective of HG to my daughters or family in a convincing way.

CLT practice

As a CLT practitioner, I have to learn how to reconnect to the Source through CLT practice by using crystals to refine my Five Elements (time-space, air, fire, water and earth). As MB taught, I should borrow the colours of the crystals and try to assume the crystalline structure for the purpose of restructuring my character.

By working on balancing my Five Elements and conserving energy, I aim to be able to express the 3 Principles and hence break through my rigid mind-set and rise above these pitfalls.

“The regular geometric structure of crystals allows it to absorb and transmit high and stable frequencies from nature to a person or environment. It is a principle that higher vibratory body will override a lower vibratory body with its frequencies through principle of bio entrainment.”

*****

Some people have a strong affinity with crystals since young, and are naturally attuned to understand and appreciate the crystals’ attributes. I was never one of them.

In Heaven’s Gift Academy, I learned about the power of crystals from other practitioners’ experiences and personal accounts. I never experienced it for myself. My fifteen-year relationship with crystals started off with doubt and disbelief. However, it later progressed towards faith, confidence and gratitude.

There were sporadic moments when I experienced the crystals’ healing power, with the most recent one taking place during Chinese New Year a month ago.

Treating my eye’s burst blood vessels (subconjunctival hemorrhage).

This year’s Chinese Lunar New Year (CNY) began with my husband and son falling sick, followed by our maid running away in the middle of the night. Thankfully, both their health improved the following day. But the maid running off after working for us for nine months took an emotional toll on the family, especially my in-laws.

Following my mother-in-law’s Taoist customs, several dishes had to be prepared to accompany her prayers on New Year’s Eve. Then on the fourth day of CNY, another round of prayers had to be performed with the same number of dishes prepared. It was as if we celebrated Chinese New Year festival twice within a week.

For several days, the kitchen felt hot and stuffy. It felt dense as if there were no air sacs through which a breeze might wander. Later I suspected it could be the energy imprints left over from the maid’s unhappiness and the numerous clashes involving her that took place in the kitchen.

By the fourth day of CNY, I was physically exhausted. The following morning, I noticed my right eye’s blood vessels had burst.

This was rare.

Whenever something happens to my health, I would recall the events preceding it to understand the kind of energies I was exposed to. I believe nothing happens at random, especially adverse incidents. Always, there are changes in our energies, within ourselves as well as our environment to attract such an occurrence.

According to medical doctors, depending on the location in the eye, bleeding in the eye can be harmless or it may lead to complications if left untreated. It usually takes about two weeks for the bleeding to clear, after which if it still persists, it may be an indication of something more serious.

I decided I wasn’t going to wait till then to find out.

The treatment process

Day 1

I woke up this morning with slight aches here and there. This wasn’t unusual since these past few days had been filled with a flurry of activities for CNY celebration. I didn’t realize the blood vessels in my right eye had ruptured until I looked into the mirror. There was no pain, no itch, or any form of discomfort in my eye, except for some small red patches of capillaries on the sclera (white) of my right eye.

It was only a tiny red speck, so I relied on physical protocols to resolve it.

  1. tend to forget to drink water when I’m busy with chores. I have learned from the people who approached the Academy with health issues, that even though we believe we are well hydrated, the opposite is often true. I missed the early warning signs my body was telling me when I experienced constipation the day before.

Were there any inflammatory foods I was taking? For the sake of quickly dousing the heat, I had to increase my intake of antioxidants, like salad, fruits, alfalfa, milk thistle, fish oil, and Vitamin C.

When I rushed about to complete chores, my body would tense up, causing breathing to be uneven and shallow. This meant my body was stressed. To counter the stress and tension, I took short breaks by stopping all bodily movements to consciously take deep breaths. Even a few seconds helped.

Day 2

“Crystal energetics provides the electricity; nutrition/supplementation provides the building materials.”

The red speck grew. More blood vessels flooded half of my eye. I peeked into the mirror and saw a woman who looked like she had been in a fist fight and had received a few punches to the right side of her head, injuring her eye. There was no pain, just a feeling like there was liquid pooling at the outer corner of my eye.

I recall feeling heat gathering around my eyes two days ago, and thinking to myself I should use some HG Elixir soaked with blue lace and emerald crystals to cool them. But I was distracted after that and the thought was buried underneath a list of things to do for that day.

Since I remembered it today, I went ahead and dipped a few pieces of cotton pad in HG elixir soaked with the following crystals to place over my eyes several times a day:

  • Black tourmaline to draw out toxins,
  • Clear quartz to re-energize,
  • Blue lace to cool down,
  • Moss agate to repair the blood vessels and capillaries.

I wore moss agate and fluorite bracelets throughout the day, and placed them at my head area at night in bed.

In addition, I placed a small laser crystal in my pocket to help me stay calm as the lingering energy imprints in the kitchen gave off an unsettling vibe. Crystal healing process is about overriding lower frequencies with higher frequencies. My little laser has helped me override the imprints left behind in the kitchen thus creating conducive conditions for me to work while I nursed my injured eye.

Day 3

I woke up, and could not open my right eye. It was very dry, as if my eyelid was glued shut.

I remember watching a video by Dr. Eric Berg on dry eyes more than a year ago where he talked about how he used to suffer dry eyes in college, and once had a tear on his cornea when he forced his eyelid open. Good thing I remembered that!

I dripped some HG elixir to the corner of my right eye, hoping it would gradually ease the dryness. It did, but I had a feeling this was not a good sign.

The bloody part of my eye has not spread, but neither has it improved. Half of the entire white part of my right eye was still bright red. My eye was tearing up more than the day before.

It dawned on me that since I was relying on crystal energies to repair my eye with the support of nutrients from diet and supplementation, I should also protect my eyes from harmful energies.

I had not reduced my phone time. In fact, I had increased it even more, since I relied on the phone for almost everything, like grocery shopping, banking and financial matters, news, and communicating with family and friends. I hadn’t realized how much I have become so dependent on the phone for just about everything under the sun.

Even though my phone has a filter for blue light, I suspect it’s still insufficient. It is the radiation that dries up our eyes, as well as heating up our brains, our pineal, thyroid and whichever parts of our body that are exposed.

For this day, I continued with the same process I did the day before, with the addition of reducing phone time. At night I wore Zoisite bracelet to sleep to help strengthen my heart to pump energy to my head for healing.

Day 4

“Crystals heal so quickly because it mops up free radicals easily because it is an electron bank and donor. Crystals not only supply physical energies; it also supplies spiritual, mental and emotional energies.”

The red patch went down by 25%. It seemed the bleeding had stopped and the conjunctiva (clear surface of the eye) was able to absorb the blood faster, clearing the eye.

As an electron donor, crystals work like antioxidants to shield the wound, protecting it from free radicals. That’s how my eye began to heal.

I continued applying the crystals protocol.

Days 5 to 7

Each day saw another 25% of the red patch in the eye clearing up. By day 8 almost all of the redness had disappeared, with only one to two capillaries visible.

Wearing and working with crystals helps me to connect to myself to understand what my body needs, and at the same time provides my body with conducive conditions and adequate nutrients for healing.

*****

“Crystals emanate a stable and coherent energy field that safeguards practitioners by intercepting and transmuting all negative energies from the environment. Crystals can be used to transmit Source message because it has perfect geometric structure.”

Crystals were formed by earth’s elements and minerals over millions of years. I too was formed by the same elements found on earth.

This crystal application on my eye has made me better appreciate the workings of crystal healing. It also showed that healing is not just about diet and supplementation. Creating conducive healing conditions is equally important and this requires attunement to self which is possible with the help of crystals.

Every family / household has its own rhythm, its own pattern, its own geometry. Who can best understand it besides its own members and occupants? However, the difficult challenge is to be able to transcend the existing flawed structure to see clearly the parts that need fixing and obtain the wisdom to know how to correct them.

I have come to appreciate the intelligence and wisdom found in crystals. When I allow myself to be open and fluid, they have provided me with wise insights, “changing” my mind to perceive from love perspective, so that I would know how to respond to challenges. Ultimately it’s all about living with love, truth and selflessness. This is all that matters for anyone who desires to connect to Source and all creation, all lifeforms.

(Note: All words in italics were extracted from CLT Manual/Booklet.)

You may not be aware of this, but there is a war that's constantly waging in your body. Your immune system has to keep constant vigilance for foreign pathogens, where its components are on a continuous "seek and destroy" mission. How successful each line of defense in keeping harmful pathogens away from your body is very much dependent on a well-nourished immune system.

The components of the immune system are many and varied. The main ones include the bone marrow, thymus, lymph nodes, spleen, tonsils, appendix, Peyer's patches (lymphatic tissues of the ileum region of the small intestine), and lymphatic vessels.

Each of these constituents has its specific function working simultaneously or at different times as and when the need arises to protect the body against dangerous toxins and invading micro-organisms. As such, each component of the immune system requires sufficient energy and nutrients to do its job well.

So, it makes sense to pay close attention to what you put into your mouth because good nutritional habits can enhance your immunity. Despite the immune system's fantastic strength, however, a continual onslaught of unhealthy foods will eventually take its toll. Most of today's degenerative diseases are the direct result of immune dysfunction and can often be traced to poor dietary habits.

But here's the thing, changing your diet now to a healthy one packed with nutrients will not lend much help to your immune system if your Gastrointestinal Tract is damaged. If you, like many others, have disregarded your body by consuming all kinds of processed and unhealthy foods, it's quite likely you could have a damaged digestive tract.

It's only through a healthy tract that your body can absorb and metabolize the nutrients and minerals from food to properly nourish and boost your immune function.

So how do I know if I have a weak digestive tract? Below are the most common signs:

  1. Intestinal pain, chronic diarrhea, constipation, gas, and bloating;
  2. Acid reflux;
  3. Joint and muscle aches;
  4. Headaches, brain fog, memory loss;
  5. Excessive fatigue;
  6. Skin rashes and problems such as acne, eczema;
  7. Weak immunity against infections such as cold, cough, sore throat, ulcers;
  8. Depression, anxiety, ADD, ADHD;
  9. Autoimmune diseases such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Celiac Disease, or Crohn's.

If you suffer from any of the above symptoms, you'd better sit up and pay attention because you are likely to have a leaky gut syndrome.

Leaky gut happens when the tight junctions of the intestinal walls become loose, resulting in increased intestinal permeability. Such permeability allows bacteria and toxins to pass through the intestinal epithelium into the bloodstream. When this happens, it can cause widespread inflammation and trigger a reaction from the immune system.

However, mainstream medical professionals do not recognize leaky gut as a real condition. Hence it's never diagnosed and even denied by some as a digestive problem.

Proponents of the leaky gut claim that it's the root cause of many health issues, including multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, thyroid abnormalities, and autism. If left untreated, the damaged cells in the intestines are unable to produce the enzymes needed for proper digestion and absorption of essential nutrients resulting in a weakened immune system.

The key to healing a leaky gut is by changing your diet and eliminating the foods that your body considers to be toxic, instead of heading straight for medications or prescribed drugs. You may even think of using some "smart" supplementation (which I have done), but in the long-run, this would only mask your real problem by decreasing your symptoms but without improving your overall immunity.

So, what foods do I avoid to heal my gut?

  1. Foods containing lectin.

Lectins are proteins residing within seeds, grains, skins, rinds, and leaves of individual plants, which act as a defense mechanism against predators trying to eat them. According to Dr. Steven Gundry's book, The Plant Paradox, when lectins attach to carbohydrate molecules within our digestive system, they open up the tight junctions between cells that line our intestines, leading to leaky gut and inflammation. Unfortunately, many of our everyday foods contain lectins, such as:

  • Peanuts and cashews,
  • Corn (and meat from animals that were fed corn),
  • Grains, such as wheat and rice, but even gluten-free grains like quinoa,
  • Beans and legumes,
  • Nightshades (tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, white potatoes, goji berries, okra),
  • Squashes (pumpkins, butternut squash, acorn squash, zucchini, summer squash),
  • Milk.

So depending on how resilient your intestinal tract is against the onslaught of lectins, you may need to access how much of these foods you will need to reduce and for how long you will need to stay away from them.

However, do take note our modern life can alter our resiliency in dealing with lectins in our diet, with the use of antibiotics, artificial sweeteners, endocrine-disrupting chemicals, GMOs, and constant exposure to blue light. Due to our exposure to these disruptors, we become more vulnerable to the adverse health effects of eating lectins.

  1. Sugar.

If you were to ask me, I think sugar needs to be banned.

It's dangerous because it's not a nutrient, and when consumed in excess, it becomes a toxin that creates inflammation within our body. To add salt to the wound, sugar is also food for pathogens. Viruses thrive and grow when there is excess sugar in our body.

Over time, excess sugar creates a heavy toll on the immune system leading to autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammation.

How do we get excess sugar in our body?

Research shows that the human body only need 1 teaspoon of sugar every day. Let us look at the amount of sugar that we consume daily. Take for example, a glass of orange juice for breakfast. A glass of orange juice is equivalent to at least eight teaspoons of added sugar even though it's all-natural. Upon consuming the orange juice, we have exceeded our daily sugar requirement by 7 teaspoons. We do not stop there.

As sugar makes things sweet, enhances the flavor of savory foods, helps retain moisture, improve texture, and act as a preservative, it is added into all types of commercial foods. We consume all types of commercial foods daily, due to convenience, further adding to our sugar load and burdening our immune system with the propagation of virus and pathogen.

Here is another compelling reason to stop consuming sugar. According to many research, sugar is like a deadly metabolic 'poison' that can screw up all of your biochemistry. Just two teaspoons of sugar can throw your normal biochemistry into chaos for at least 6 hours. So, every time you want to consume sugar, just remember that our immune system functions optimally to protect us only when our body's biochemistry remains balanced and in equilibrium.

  1. Processed food.

There was a time when the food we ate did not come in a package. Labels were non-existent, as were the multiple ingredient lists we're accustomed to, some of which we have no idea what they are.

So, what's wrong with processed food? Sadly, everything.

For one, whenever food is put through some form of processing to prepare for longer shelf-life and to eliminate micro-organisms, it will reduce available nutrients. In particular, processes that expose foods to high levels of heat, light, or oxygen cause considerable amount of nutrient loss.

So to make up for the loss of nutrients stripped away during processing, food manufacturers have come up with the idea of adding back synthetic vitamins and minerals, as well as introducing emulsifiers, conditioners, and preservatives into their food after processing.

Looking at our processed food landscape, which consists of significant variations of breads, pastas, snacks, desserts, and condiments, you may believe you are consuming a diversity of foods. However, these products may appear different on the outside; still, they are just variations of the same raw materials, namely, corn, soy, wheat, sugar, and vegetable oils (which are derived mainly from soybeans, corn, and canola).

All of the above raw materials are GMOs and are highly toxic and inflammatory to our bodies.

With our modern-day diet and lifestyle where speed and convenience is valued, we end up relying on processed foods to prepare our daily meals. Don't you see how these dietary choices have been taxing our immune system, further weakening it to handle new viral outbreaks such as the Covid-19?

Now you might wonder, 'What can I eat? Is there anything that's left?'

The good news is no one diet fits all. You should eat based on your genetic needs, which means not everyone can be vegetarians or vegans, some may need to consume animal meat protein. However, the general rule for a healthy diet is 50% good oils/fats, 30% protein, and 20% carbs from a mix of starchy and non-starchy vegetables depending on your metabolic condition.

You need to observe how your body reacts in terms of energy level after a meal to discover your own body's needs for each category of food. In general, always consume food-based natural vitamins and minerals, and avoid the synthetic ones unless you're doing a short-term detox.

The human body is amazing because it has self-healing capabilities. Sadly, many don't believe or are unaware of this fact and so never gave a chance for their immune system to demonstrate its incredible abilities. Do yourself a favor. Help your immune system by relieving it from its internal warfare so that it can turn its attention to protect you from external pathogens and viruses.

(In the next article, we’ll discuss how stress can mess up your body's biochemistry and immunity, which explains why seemingly healthy people can still get into trouble even though they work out and eat healthily. So, stay tuned.)

Some nutritionists have advised us to eat plant proteins to help with various health problems. However, new facts about these proteins have been brought to light, hence we may need to be wary of taking this advice.

In the past, we were made aware of gluten, a protein commonly found in wheat, barley and rye. A few years ago, a new protein called lectin has been highlighted by Dr. Steven Gundry, which according to him, is wreaking havoc on our health.

Some of the health problems caused by lectins are obesity, cancer, dementia, coronary diseases and autoimmune disorders. He had come up with a lectin-free diet which he credited with healing his arthritis, high blood pressure and migraines, while losing 30kg in the process.

As to date, however, lectin has been embroiled in a bit of controversy as his claims about lectins have been classified by scientists and dieticians as pseudoscience. Many in the mainstream science still consider his lectin-free diet a momentary fad.

In spite of that, there are many testimonies of people who eliminated lectins from their diet and have managed to cure their skin problems, joint pain, and nerve issues, including improving their moods and helping with brain fog, headaches and general fatigue.

So whether Dr. Gundry’s claims are just a fad or not remains to be seen. You can decide on your own by trying out a diet free from lectins for a month and see the results for yourself.

So, what exactly is lectin?

Lectin is a protein found in plant-based products. It functions as a self-defense mechanism in plants against their predators, by harming and scaring away insects and herbivores from consuming them. Sounds like a beneficial protein, except that when consumed, lectins become very toxic to our digestive system leading to acute inflammation and impaired immune system.

According to Dr. Gundry, the following foods have the highest amount of lectins and so should be minimized as much as possible:

  • Legumes, such as beans, peas, lentils and peanuts
  • Squash
  • Nightshade vegetables, such as eggplant, peppers, potatoes and tomatoes
  • Grains.

Whereas, the following foods should be completely avoided as advised by Dr. Gundry:

  • Corn
  • Meat from corn-fed animals
  • Milk containing casein A1.

Dangers of lectins:

  • Damage our immune system
  • Create many digestive issues
  • Leaky gut syndrome

When consumed, lectins are indigestible and has the tendency to stick molecules together, hence clinging to the intestinal walls and causing the imbalance of microorganisms, creating gastrointestinal disorders. When that happens, lectins can be directly absorbed into our bloodstream, inhibiting blood circulation and cell to cell interaction, suppressing gene expression, and messing with our endocrine system.

How to handle lectins in common day-to-day foods?

Because lectins are found in many foods that also have beneficial nutrients for our body, as well as in commonly consumed foods, it becomes almost impossible to completely eliminate it from our diet. For some people it may be feasible to live completely on a lectin-free diet, but for others, they can only reduce the intake of such foods.

So what are the best ways to reduce the unavoidable lectins in our food consumption?

  1. Boiling
  2. Fermentation
  3. Sprouting
  4. Peeling
  5. Deseeding
  6. Pressure cooking

For legumes and grains, it’s best to prepare them before cooking. Soak them overnight and change the water often. Drain and rinse again before cooking. Adding some baking soda or bamboo salt to the soaking water may help neutralize the lectins further.

To further protect our digestive system from the toxicity of lectins, it’s advisable to include digestive enzymes as a supplement to our daily food intake. /node/427

In Conclusion

It used to be in previous generations long gone that people used to consume many foods with no major consequence. With the world heading towards genetically modifying any form of seeds and plants in the name of innovation, likewise lectins have evolved for the survival of plants and protection against predators, most dangerously the human race.

To top it all off, humans today are highly medicated, living lives that are filled with stress and anxiety in an environment that is polluted by chemical and radioactive substances, it is no wonder that the strong immune system enjoyed by our forefathers is now completely impaired in us.

Undoubtedly, there will arise more allergies and food intolerance/sensitivities in the future if we continue down this path. So even if lectin is currently seen as a craze or worse, bogus, I believe it’s wise to consider taking this harmful protein a bit more seriously, if not for anything but “for our self-defense and survival of our species” (pun intended).

My 13 year- old dog was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma (a type of cancer in the mouth).  One night as I fell asleep on the sofa next to her, I woke up suddenly and found that she had a puddle of blood all round her mouth area.  She was a mid-sized dog and with blood forming a circumference of a 6 inch puddle, the sight was worrying.  I calmed myself first and look at the clock - it was close to midnight.   Her regular vet would be closed at that time.  I recall the School's protocol about stopping bleeding so I made a  paste from alfalfa and enzymes and pressed it against her upper palate at the source of the bleeding.  It arrested the bleeding!  Both my dog and I dozed off after the ordeal.  Then, I woke up again and found a second puddle after about an hour!  I did the same and the bleeding stopped!  So I did a 3rd application just to play it safe and ther was no more bleeding after that.

The next morning I took her to the vet just to ensure everything is ok.  The vet said cells around the tumour are usually blood-rich and very tender and a loose tooth was the reason for the bleeding.  Am sharing this in the hope that it might help some pets/pet parents!

There are many inspiring stories out there of people who live with a debilitating health condition but who never used it as an excuse to hold them back in life. Celebrities like Nick Vujicic and Michael J Fox showed that despite their physical limitations, they could still live their lives by working around their handicap. It gives many people hope to carry on with life and face their present challenges. The world now really needs these inspiring stories.

Here at the Academy, we also have our own uplifting stories. As a follow-up to the article “CLT Protocol for Reversing Dyslexia” which is a story about William (son of Alex and Jennifer) who beat Dyslexia and ADHD when he was 6 years old with the CLT Protocols, we shall now provide an update on William’s progress 11 years after that miraculous reversal took place.

William is now 17 years old. He has just graduated from high school with all of his friends. It was an exceptional year for his class. All his schoolmates performed wonderfully well in their Cambridge IGSCE examinations. The Principal of the School was so proud of the results that he posted all the students’ exam results on the School board for everyone to emulate. William was one of the students that exceeded everyone’s expectations, especially his parents-’.

Looking back, William has indeed progressed very far since his early days struggling with Dyslexia. It was gratifying to his parents and the practitioners at the Academy to be able to reverse the symptoms of dyslexia. It did not only help William to overcome reading and writing difficulties but to evolve beyond these simple functions. The journey was not entirely smooth as there were many rough patches. It was never about just fixing the dyslexia. The whole upbringing of a teenager nowadays is fraught with many challenges. Any parent will share the same view. Many teenagers today sadly are on the brink of succumbing to the pressures of society. Many have already fallen through the cracks in this world’s system with their parents not knowing how to help them climb out of their despair.

William and his parents were not spared of these challenges. There was one time when William had completely lost his self confidence when he had difficulty fitting in among his peers at High School. His inability to understand the culture of High School had totally crippled his self-esteem. He became depressed and confused. It was a very difficult period not just for William but also his parents. Alex and Jen recalled needing to give constant attention and reassurance to encourage William to move forward. Fortunately, the family was able to apply the CLT System to help them make the right decisions. Apart from the supplementation protocol and CLT Energetics, the key areas where William applied in terms of the CLT Teachings were to remain calm and not to react to others’ energy fields; to respect others’ choices by allowing them to say and do what they want; to love and respect his own physical body; and to use this difficult situation to connect to himself.

He gradually stabilized and improved after that. It was from this point, William matured quickly. He began to see beyond what was in front of him. That bad patch in school turned positive later. He began to contemplate his own character and the character of his peers. He began to discern things that other kids hardly ever pay any attention to. He paid very close attention to how vital ‘character’ is and how it can help or hurt one’s own life. Here are some of his observations which he shared with his parents which are rather ‘enlightening’ for such a young mind as his:

Pursuing Intelligence results in loss of empathy

He noticed that when one is focused on developing just the mind to be ahead of one’s peers, the person starts to lose empathy for others. Mental oriented students lack empathy and compassion, and are more judgmental towards others in general. Most parents are not aware that if they encourage only intellectual development, it will turn negative for their kids when they reach adulthood. These teens will grow up to become extremely self-centered and will have little warmth and affection for their own family and friends.

Extremism generates resistance & imbalance in life

Here is another of his observation, “when one puts too much intention and energy into one’s goal”, there is a counter effect. This realization came when he noticed his classmate who is very mental oriented and one of the smartest persons he knew, prioritized nothing else except his studies. This person was rushing to go to University just after the IGSCE results. Unfortunately, fate had other plans despite the brilliant results. The person had to defer his University for another 2 years due to family issues. The friend was devastated. In William’s words, “Such a brilliant person who can go far in education, and yet gets a complete opposite of one’s expections in the end”. He enlightened to the importance of ‘ balance’ in everything we do. Extremism will generate resistance in Life. This a law of creation.

The need to follow Earth’s Rhythm & respect one’s body

He learned it through the hard way. It was approximately 4 months before the final IGSCE exams, all the students were ramping up their preparation. Almost everyone studied for 15 hours a day. In addition, the teachers were also pushing the students very hard. Almost all of William’s friends suffered from insomnia including William, needless to say, and all the kids were on the brink of fatigue. As the examination drew closer, William was merely passing by several marks for most of his trial exams. He was making too many careless mistakes. It made him even more worried and he reacted by pushing himself even harder. It reached a point he felt numb and did not even want to care about anything. William felt lost as the Principal was on his back, pressuring him to work harder.

In the end, his parents told him to cut back on his studies; to do the opposite of what his friends were doing and what the school Principal was telling him to do; to relax his body and mind after 6pm in the evening; to observe and respect Earth’s Rhythm and to respect the body and mind’s time to rest; to love his body by feeding it with good nutrition and conserving his energy. William’s reaction to this advice was of shock, exclaiming “What!!!! The Principal won’t accept it!!!!”

The parents responded that as long as he knew the basics of the subjects, he would not go wrong. He did not have to follow the rest and aim for straight As. It is better to respect the body and relax. William followed the advice. Now he understands stress does not necessarily produce better results. In actual fact, it is the nourishment of the brain and the love for oneself and others which is far more important in order to do well in life. He did just as well as or even better than some of his classmates who stressed their bodies.

With CLT Protocols, there is no reliance for medication!

Here is the obvious difference that William and his sister Ky Lee noticed among their peers. Both of them have not been to a medical clinic since their kindergarten days. A doctor is a foreign sight to them. Both relied on the CLT system and the protocols prescribed to overcome their sick days. They recovered faster than their friends when they fell sick. Many times their friends and sometimes the teachers did not even believe that they were sick. They recognized and learned that if one connects to one’s body and gives what the body needs, the body will heal quickly. They have never felt the side effects of drugs in their lives. Their brain is wired differently from their friends’. Medication is never their first option. Plus they have never seen their friends taking medication recover better and faster than them.

William’s sharing here goes past a typical teenager’s life of social media, computers, video games, fashion, celebrities idolizing, excelling in studies and pursuing material ambition. His brain also illuminates to other important things that are invisible or values that have been forgotten in our culture. The CLT System went past the Dyslexia and made him a more balanced and refined person in society. It is indeed an unexpected journey for Alex and Jennifer to see William arrive at this stage, with his brain not only fixed but evolved to a level than not imagined when he had Dyslexia. It is gratifying because Alex and Jennifer knew that once the DNA is fixed, William could live independently and be able to navigate his own journey through life. As parents of a kid with brain dysfunction, there is no heavier responsibility discharged than when the kid is able to decide for himself what kind of future he wants to have.

In the event of any adverse situation, it’s important to remember and apply the CLT Teachings and protocols that were taught in HG Academy of Crystal Energetics. This sharing shall be useful to tackle impact-based injuries; like a fall.

On Sunday (16/12/18), my son suffered a big impact on his right knee from a clash at the final bout in a taekwondo competition. He could not even put weight on his injured foot to continue. It was a TKO (technical knockout).  It was obvious he was grimacing in pain.

Though both my daughter and I did not know the extent of injury, we both remained calm and collected while St. John’s Ambulance’s staff attended to him. This is the concept of maintaining a coherent energy field to support a family person energetically while he/she is unwell or injured (due to shared field).

I had a black tourmaline bracelet so I put it around his ankle. I retrieved two more similar stones from my car for him to hold near the injured area to draw out positive ions. (Note- there’s usually concentration of positive ions around inflamed cells that impede healing).

Having done what I could in terms of energetics support, I stepped back and allowed the medical personnel to do the necessary but watched from a distance. Forty minutes later, the medical personnel determined there was no broken bones although my son still could not put any weight on that leg. I helped him to the car and drove home.

CLT Protocols at Home:

1. Alfalfa drink for supply of electrons, oxygen and to reduce inflammation

2. MSM for pain relief

3. Vitamin C to support healing

4. L-Glutamine for cellular repairs

5. Topical application of magnesium oil at the side of swollen knee.

6. Placed three crystals near the swollen area of the leg. The crystals were selected for their specific properties for the purpose of energy flow, pain relief and to improve blood flow of injured leg.

7. A set of tourmaline anklets to wear on both legs to draw out negative energy and grounding of positive ions.

8. Topical application of Christopher Complete Tissue & Bone ointment at the swollen area (a reputable product that does wonders in restoring flesh and internal healing of bones and cartilage).

On the third day, there was no more sign of acute inflammation. What’s left was a sizeable blue-black patch. Son was able to walk fairly well but yet to regain capability of full weight loading on his right foot. It was slightly under two weeks where we could conclude its full recovery from the impact-related injury.

A Miracle -  Paralysis reversed!!

Every now and then,  a story of miracle would inspire us to move forward in life. This is a story with hope not only for dog lovers but the underlying principle is that there is hope, if one keeps looking and able to look at the right places…

In February this year,  Orion (the dog in the picture) became paralysed.  The vet diagnosed that the paralysis was due to lumbar and cervical spine spondylosis (which is spine degeneration in the neck and lower back respectively) and that he could never walk again.  It was heart-breaking for his owner.

Pet owners and vets in Malaysia face challenges if the pets are severely injured or diseased:

  • High cost of equipment so vets not able to acquire the latest equipment
  • High cost so pet owners not able to afford sophisticated treatments

However, this story challenges these odds. Despite a bleak diagnosis by the vet, Orion who was not able to urinate and move his bowel for a week, soldiered on and did not give up. His owner who observed this, was extremely encouraged and inspired by Orion’s determination, decided to resort to unconventional measures.

He identified a few factors that affected Orion’s spine which are  not commonly looked at, namely stress, radiation, chemicals and viruses. He then used a combination of crystal energetics, supplements, chemical-free diet and massages to reverse the paralysis. When the owner managed to subdue these factors and changed Orion’s living conditions, he responded positively. Without the interference of these negative factors, his body could start to repair itself.

We just received the last picture of Orion running outside to play in the garden. There is always hope if one is able to identify what are barriers obstructing the body’s self-healing mechanism!!

A CLT Practitioner used the protocol  when he had a deep cut which caused profuse bleeding. Research on the two main supplements in the protocol showed the following:

  1. Alfalfa- a good source of vitamins (A, C, E, and K4) and minerals (calcium, potassium, phosphorous, and iron).  Alfalfa is highly alkaline and good for fighting infection. Most importantly alfalfa is an excellent blood cleanser and liver purifier .  For this reason, the practitioner did not see a need for a tetanus jab at all.
  2. HG Probiotics- produces enzymes to knock off the bacteria that could be preventing the blood clot. The HG probiotics convert vitamin K4 in the alfalfa to vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 is a blood clot agent.

A practitioner had a nasty cut at the base of his left index finger while working with a razor blade.  It continued to bleed profusely when direct pressure was lifted after an hour.  The following protocol was applied:

  1. Mix alfalfa powder and HG probiotics with some water into a paste.
  2. Put the paste onto a gauze pad for topical application at the wound.

When he eased pressure of the gauze pad 30 minutes later, it was no longer soaked in blood. The alfalfa + HG probiotics combination worked to facilitate the blood clot.
