CLT Energetics

Some nutritionists have advised us to eat plant proteins to help with various health problems. However, new facts about these proteins have been brought to light, hence we may need to be wary of taking this advice.

In the past, we were made aware of gluten, a protein commonly found in wheat, barley and rye. A few years ago, a new protein called lectin has been highlighted by Dr. Steven Gundry, which according to him, is wreaking havoc on our health.

Some of the health problems caused by lectins are obesity, cancer, dementia, coronary diseases and autoimmune disorders. He had come up with a lectin-free diet which he credited with healing his arthritis, high blood pressure and migraines, while losing 30kg in the process.

As to date, however, lectin has been embroiled in a bit of controversy as his claims about lectins have been classified by scientists and dieticians as pseudoscience. Many in the mainstream science still consider his lectin-free diet a momentary fad.

In spite of that, there are many testimonies of people who eliminated lectins from their diet and have managed to cure their skin problems, joint pain, and nerve issues, including improving their moods and helping with brain fog, headaches and general fatigue.

So whether Dr. Gundry’s claims are just a fad or not remains to be seen. You can decide on your own by trying out a diet free from lectins for a month and see the results for yourself.

So, what exactly is lectin?

Lectin is a protein found in plant-based products. It functions as a self-defense mechanism in plants against their predators, by harming and scaring away insects and herbivores from consuming them. Sounds like a beneficial protein, except that when consumed, lectins become very toxic to our digestive system leading to acute inflammation and impaired immune system.

According to Dr. Gundry, the following foods have the highest amount of lectins and so should be minimized as much as possible:

  • Legumes, such as beans, peas, lentils and peanuts
  • Squash
  • Nightshade vegetables, such as eggplant, peppers, potatoes and tomatoes
  • Grains.

Whereas, the following foods should be completely avoided as advised by Dr. Gundry:

  • Corn
  • Meat from corn-fed animals
  • Milk containing casein A1.

Dangers of lectins:

  • Damage our immune system
  • Create many digestive issues
  • Leaky gut syndrome

When consumed, lectins are indigestible and has the tendency to stick molecules together, hence clinging to the intestinal walls and causing the imbalance of microorganisms, creating gastrointestinal disorders. When that happens, lectins can be directly absorbed into our bloodstream, inhibiting blood circulation and cell to cell interaction, suppressing gene expression, and messing with our endocrine system.

How to handle lectins in common day-to-day foods?

Because lectins are found in many foods that also have beneficial nutrients for our body, as well as in commonly consumed foods, it becomes almost impossible to completely eliminate it from our diet. For some people it may be feasible to live completely on a lectin-free diet, but for others, they can only reduce the intake of such foods.

So what are the best ways to reduce the unavoidable lectins in our food consumption?

  1. Boiling
  2. Fermentation
  3. Sprouting
  4. Peeling
  5. Deseeding
  6. Pressure cooking

For legumes and grains, it’s best to prepare them before cooking. Soak them overnight and change the water often. Drain and rinse again before cooking. Adding some baking soda or bamboo salt to the soaking water may help neutralize the lectins further.

To further protect our digestive system from the toxicity of lectins, it’s advisable to include digestive enzymes as a supplement to our daily food intake. /node/427

In Conclusion

It used to be in previous generations long gone that people used to consume many foods with no major consequence. With the world heading towards genetically modifying any form of seeds and plants in the name of innovation, likewise lectins have evolved for the survival of plants and protection against predators, most dangerously the human race.

To top it all off, humans today are highly medicated, living lives that are filled with stress and anxiety in an environment that is polluted by chemical and radioactive substances, it is no wonder that the strong immune system enjoyed by our forefathers is now completely impaired in us.

Undoubtedly, there will arise more allergies and food intolerance/sensitivities in the future if we continue down this path. So even if lectin is currently seen as a craze or worse, bogus, I believe it’s wise to consider taking this harmful protein a bit more seriously, if not for anything but “for our self-defense and survival of our species” (pun intended).

Our son, freshly graduated from university, netted his first job in Singapore. He was over the moon with joy as it was not easy for a Malaysian to find a job in competitive Singapore. Initially, he coped well with his job and was confirmed within three months. Then, the pressure and heavy demands of his job came swiftly and he could not cope. His downhill slide begun when he came home to celebrate Chinese New Year. He was permitted to work from home, so to speak. One of the bosses called up and berated him severely over something he missed out. No proper training was provided, he had to learn on the fly.

One of our son’s issues is that he is not good at multi-tasking. This job was very demanding especially so when his department used to have more than 10 staff but dwindled to only 3 bosses and him plus an intern. He was getting instructions left, right and center, juggling with demanding timelines. He thought that in order to cope, he stayed back late into the night, working on weekends, without getting rest.

One of the key Principles of CLT is Self-love, loving oneself first so that one can then help/care for others. Since he maxed out on whatever energy he had, mental clarity was out of the window – all of his energy was externalised to meet the demands of his job and he could not see that he needed to pull back to conserve energy and see how to tackle the situation. Over time, it affected him emotionally – FEAR. His fear loomed so big that he was constantly experiencing mental fog and it became a viscous cycle between having more mental fogs and growing fear which drew him down an energetic spiral.

This fear became crippling to the extent that when he reported to work in the morning, he had anxiety attack when he switched on his computer and saw the never-ending list of e-mails, each screaming for attention. He made mistakes which unbeknownst to him, was recorded by his senior boss.

As he could not cope, his second performance review was very bad. During the session, his senior boss showed him a two-page report, recording each ‘small’ mistake he made e.g., not replying e-mails fast enough. (When he shared with me, I told him that this was a set up to sack him). His immediate boss counselled him to learn not to take things personally but instead, focus on his work. After this review, his confidence plummeted. He was completely shattered and luckily, he phoned me. I gently guided him, suggested that he does the CLT energetics to stablilize his traumatised mind. After that, he felt calmer. By this time, he had already worked for 9 months. After family discussion, I strongly suggested to him to resign and return home to recuperate and build back his energy. He had a lot of fears: fear of being sacked from his first job, fear of resigning from his first job under one year of employment, fear of looking bad in the eyes of his family, fear of looking bad to his friends, etc..

When there is fear, there is no room for love, love for oneself/no self-love. He kept on pushing himself but fear consumed him. This led to mental fog, he could not see that he needed to pull back and rest in order to do his work properly. What then, is Truth (the second principle of CLT)? Having the confidence to call it quits when he knows that deep down, this is not the job for him. There are better jobs out there for him.

Finally, when we told him to resign and that we shall back him all the way, he felt a huge, heavy load slid off his shoulders, could breathe easier, calmness entered. When his fears went away, his energy returned and he regained his confidence. Learning when to pull back, to step back and conserve one’s energy is vital to mental clarity. He sent in his letter of resignation. While serving his last month there, he found that he could cope as he was no longer worried about any mistakes he made (not huge mistakes). Since he left that place, he found out that quite a few experienced people joined the company but also left quite quickly. This confirmed our suspicion that the gruelling pace of work there, kills the staffs’ souls.

He came home, recuperated and recharged his energy doing CLT energetics, mind cleared and he found his second job in Singapore. He is happy and more able to handle his new job.

This is the first of a series of articles regarding the experience of a lady heading towards depression and how using CLT protocols, she recovered.

A late sixties lady came to the Academy, seeking answers as to why she experienced frequent occurrence of a painful lump in her stomach area. It was discovered that she had cut off her connection at the Crown chakra (which is the connection to the Source/Primal Creator) as well as from the Earth chakra (connection to Mother Earth). When this happens, there is no energy coming into her circuit since the top and bottom chakras are severed (jammed/connection severed).

This resulted in the depletion of the ultra violet light ray (colour of the crown chakra) and the golden light ray (colour of the solar plexus as she had issue related to the solar plexus.

When both these rays are severely affected, the person’s will to live nose-dives. This was evident as she could not endure these painful episodes so much so that she expressed verbally, her wish to just ‘let go and die, so that the pain ends’.

To quickly address her sense of hopelessness and giving up, HG Profilers advised her to wear crystals that brought back temporary balance in her life: bringing back love and strengthening her ‘empty heart’, clearing the congestions from both chakras.

Other measures suggested to support her energetically were:

  • To get sufficient exposure to the Sun and ground herself (walking bare footed) in the morning.
  • To sleep before midnight, to follow the Earth’s rhythm, so that she could have sufficient uninterrupted rest.
  • To prevent further draining of her energy. In this respect, her eldest son stepped up and became her temporary guardian by halting her from babysitting all three of her grand children. This was vital as she normally had to babysit the youngest grandchild till past midnight.
  • To strengthen her physical body which was close to shutting down due to exhaustion, she was to start drinking organic homemade chicken essence and Ba Zhen, a Chinese herbal concoction.

Greetings to all from CLT Geo Energetics team.  As part of our initiatives for 2019, we are rolling out a new column - CLT Geo Energetics Insights, to keep you abreast of happenings in our Geo field work and R&D.  The objective is to raise awareness on how to:

1. Harmonise relationships between humans & Planet Earth to optimize energy flow of our living and working space

2. Navigate our lives to mitigate the natural forces of cosmic and Earth afflictions

And, we launch this new column with our opening article -  Foundation of a Building.

Kunzite heals emotional wounds at a deeper level than rose quartz such as hurt in past lives, suicidal tendency and brink of marriage breakup. It repairs by filling up the wound with love of high frequency.

For the physical body, it has effects in alleviating pain especially neuralgia/nerve pain. This is due to the lithium content which delivers nutrients to the affected area via the striations within kunzite.

The following are verbatim comments from practitioners who wore kunzite during the R&D period:

“It unties emotional knots, heals the emotional body.”

“Feels like it is repairing nerves especially myelin sheath.”

“It reduced pain on injured toe considerably and within a short span of time!”

“It helps chest discomfort and reduces anxiety.”

There are many inspiring stories out there of people who live with a debilitating health condition but who never used it as an excuse to hold them back in life. Celebrities like Nick Vujicic and Michael J Fox showed that despite their physical limitations, they could still live their lives by working around their handicap. It gives many people hope to carry on with life and face their present challenges. The world now really needs these inspiring stories.

Here at the Academy, we also have our own uplifting stories. As a follow-up to the article “CLT Protocol for Reversing Dyslexia” which is a story about William (son of Alex and Jennifer) who beat Dyslexia and ADHD when he was 6 years old with the CLT Protocols, we shall now provide an update on William’s progress 11 years after that miraculous reversal took place.

William is now 17 years old. He has just graduated from high school with all of his friends. It was an exceptional year for his class. All his schoolmates performed wonderfully well in their Cambridge IGSCE examinations. The Principal of the School was so proud of the results that he posted all the students’ exam results on the School board for everyone to emulate. William was one of the students that exceeded everyone’s expectations, especially his parents-’.

Looking back, William has indeed progressed very far since his early days struggling with Dyslexia. It was gratifying to his parents and the practitioners at the Academy to be able to reverse the symptoms of dyslexia. It did not only help William to overcome reading and writing difficulties but to evolve beyond these simple functions. The journey was not entirely smooth as there were many rough patches. It was never about just fixing the dyslexia. The whole upbringing of a teenager nowadays is fraught with many challenges. Any parent will share the same view. Many teenagers today sadly are on the brink of succumbing to the pressures of society. Many have already fallen through the cracks in this world’s system with their parents not knowing how to help them climb out of their despair.

William and his parents were not spared of these challenges. There was one time when William had completely lost his self confidence when he had difficulty fitting in among his peers at High School. His inability to understand the culture of High School had totally crippled his self-esteem. He became depressed and confused. It was a very difficult period not just for William but also his parents. Alex and Jen recalled needing to give constant attention and reassurance to encourage William to move forward. Fortunately, the family was able to apply the CLT System to help them make the right decisions. Apart from the supplementation protocol and CLT Energetics, the key areas where William applied in terms of the CLT Teachings were to remain calm and not to react to others’ energy fields; to respect others’ choices by allowing them to say and do what they want; to love and respect his own physical body; and to use this difficult situation to connect to himself.

He gradually stabilized and improved after that. It was from this point, William matured quickly. He began to see beyond what was in front of him. That bad patch in school turned positive later. He began to contemplate his own character and the character of his peers. He began to discern things that other kids hardly ever pay any attention to. He paid very close attention to how vital ‘character’ is and how it can help or hurt one’s own life. Here are some of his observations which he shared with his parents which are rather ‘enlightening’ for such a young mind as his:

Pursuing Intelligence results in loss of empathy

He noticed that when one is focused on developing just the mind to be ahead of one’s peers, the person starts to lose empathy for others. Mental oriented students lack empathy and compassion, and are more judgmental towards others in general. Most parents are not aware that if they encourage only intellectual development, it will turn negative for their kids when they reach adulthood. These teens will grow up to become extremely self-centered and will have little warmth and affection for their own family and friends.

Extremism generates resistance & imbalance in life

Here is another of his observation, “when one puts too much intention and energy into one’s goal”, there is a counter effect. This realization came when he noticed his classmate who is very mental oriented and one of the smartest persons he knew, prioritized nothing else except his studies. This person was rushing to go to University just after the IGSCE results. Unfortunately, fate had other plans despite the brilliant results. The person had to defer his University for another 2 years due to family issues. The friend was devastated. In William’s words, “Such a brilliant person who can go far in education, and yet gets a complete opposite of one’s expections in the end”. He enlightened to the importance of ‘ balance’ in everything we do. Extremism will generate resistance in Life. This a law of creation.

The need to follow Earth’s Rhythm & respect one’s body

He learned it through the hard way. It was approximately 4 months before the final IGSCE exams, all the students were ramping up their preparation. Almost everyone studied for 15 hours a day. In addition, the teachers were also pushing the students very hard. Almost all of William’s friends suffered from insomnia including William, needless to say, and all the kids were on the brink of fatigue. As the examination drew closer, William was merely passing by several marks for most of his trial exams. He was making too many careless mistakes. It made him even more worried and he reacted by pushing himself even harder. It reached a point he felt numb and did not even want to care about anything. William felt lost as the Principal was on his back, pressuring him to work harder.

In the end, his parents told him to cut back on his studies; to do the opposite of what his friends were doing and what the school Principal was telling him to do; to relax his body and mind after 6pm in the evening; to observe and respect Earth’s Rhythm and to respect the body and mind’s time to rest; to love his body by feeding it with good nutrition and conserving his energy. William’s reaction to this advice was of shock, exclaiming “What!!!! The Principal won’t accept it!!!!”

The parents responded that as long as he knew the basics of the subjects, he would not go wrong. He did not have to follow the rest and aim for straight As. It is better to respect the body and relax. William followed the advice. Now he understands stress does not necessarily produce better results. In actual fact, it is the nourishment of the brain and the love for oneself and others which is far more important in order to do well in life. He did just as well as or even better than some of his classmates who stressed their bodies.

With CLT Protocols, there is no reliance for medication!

Here is the obvious difference that William and his sister Ky Lee noticed among their peers. Both of them have not been to a medical clinic since their kindergarten days. A doctor is a foreign sight to them. Both relied on the CLT system and the protocols prescribed to overcome their sick days. They recovered faster than their friends when they fell sick. Many times their friends and sometimes the teachers did not even believe that they were sick. They recognized and learned that if one connects to one’s body and gives what the body needs, the body will heal quickly. They have never felt the side effects of drugs in their lives. Their brain is wired differently from their friends’. Medication is never their first option. Plus they have never seen their friends taking medication recover better and faster than them.

William’s sharing here goes past a typical teenager’s life of social media, computers, video games, fashion, celebrities idolizing, excelling in studies and pursuing material ambition. His brain also illuminates to other important things that are invisible or values that have been forgotten in our culture. The CLT System went past the Dyslexia and made him a more balanced and refined person in society. It is indeed an unexpected journey for Alex and Jennifer to see William arrive at this stage, with his brain not only fixed but evolved to a level than not imagined when he had Dyslexia. It is gratifying because Alex and Jennifer knew that once the DNA is fixed, William could live independently and be able to navigate his own journey through life. As parents of a kid with brain dysfunction, there is no heavier responsibility discharged than when the kid is able to decide for himself what kind of future he wants to have.

Aaron and I used to be colleagues in my previous company. We stayed in touch after I left the company and are able to have meaningful conversations. It was not always this way. When we first started our working relationship, it was painful and unpleasant as we had constant disagreements and clashes that took a toll on our working relationship.

Prior to this, I went through a difficult separation with my then Line Manager. He was making impractical and unreasonable demands. Feeling undermined, victimised and pressured, I was angry and frustrated and carried these sentiments into my previous organisation. As human beings are equipped with the ability to sense frequencies, both positive and negative, Aaron sensed my anger and latent aggression. Although he intended to collaborate when we first met, the latent aggression that was embedded in my energy field collided with the latent aggression found in his field resulting from years and years of work frustration. The collision of fields created a personality clash. This clash was further aggravated when I approached work with an aggressive and willful stance due to my fear of being undermined. This fear was reinforced as I was one of the few woman Managers functioning within a male dominated environment.

Three months later, conceding to the damage that our clashes had caused, I made peace with Aaron with the help of a colleague and made changes to my work behavior to prevent future clashes. Although our work interaction became more pleasant and amicable thereafter, there was one issue that remained unresolved: Why does a CLT practitioner who has the capability of cleansing one's field has difficulty in removing the latent aggression from her field that subsequently led to personality clashes?

The answers came to me several years later as I continued my journey as a CLT student. While I had learnt and incorporated the CLT practice into my daily life to help me to decontaminate my energy field, my understanding of the Laws of the Universe which encompass the 3 Principles, Love, Truth and Selflessness in my life was lagging behind.

Growing up as a child, I had learnt the human expression of love which was conditional, self-interest driven and confined to what I could see. This human expression of love carried elements of judgment, control and intention and was mixed with the emotions of fear, anger and resentment. As I did not have the CLT teachings, I continued to express humanly love as that was what all that I knew. These emotions were imprinted onto my energy fields and probably inherited genes with such disposition. As this genetic disposition controls the way I express myself and deal with my relationships, this was the invisible third party in my relationship with my previous Line Manager.  As I had failed to correct my expression of Love, this harmful genetic disposition continued to lurk in my other relationships. While the severity may defer depending on my level of consciousness, it became a self-perpetuating pattern that kept repeating itself.

In the CLT teachings, there is a fundamental law that states that you cannot repair that which you cannot detect for yourself. As I remain unconscious of this violation due to poor energy management, I could not commence the repair work to change this genetic disposition.

As I complete this article, I realised that I had unconsciously allowed my genes to go into locked down mode making it impossible for me to make choices beyond my own genetic disposition. Even if I did feel love and wanted to respect for freewill, this expression of love would be tainted by my existing genetic disposition until I make conscious effort to remove the old imprints that were previously stored in my genes and replace it with something more wholesome, Source Love. I now see that I have a lot of repair work ahead of me if I desire to permanently remove this invisible third party.

I must say that this issue has eluded me for a long time until I sat down to rework this article to help out my team member who was looking for contributions to our HG website. She evoked a sense of compassion within me to which gave in to and I truly believe it was this compassion that had led me to this insight.

I admit that I am a work-in-progress and will continue to be one. Thanks for the CLT teachings and practice, I get glimpses of my dysfunctional genetic disposition that undermines me. Some of which I have mustered the energy to restore while others I need to invest the time and space to restore as it is very deeply embedded within me. My struggles against my genetic disposition have been painful but I remain hopeful that I will triumph someday with the CLT teachings. So, don’t lose hope. Just brave the storm and keep chugging along like I did as the journey is one that is worthwhile taking.

Mineral content: SiO2 + Na,Al,Fe,Ti + (Ca,Mg,Mn)

Being a love stone, rose quartz is the cornerstone of the heart chakra, teaching self-love and forgiveness.

It emits the gentle energy of love which brings about calmness to relationships within the family as well as facilitates the establishment of strong ties with business associates.

The calming effects are linked to the minerals magnesium and manganese.

The following are verbatim comments from practitioners who wore rose quartz during the R&D period:

“It eases the heart from stress; it seems to be repairing the heart area.”

“It enhances capacity for self-love and increases compassion for others.”

“I learned self-love from rose quartz.”

“I become more patient, kind and forgiving.”

“One is able to express unconditional love with rose quartz. This can only be achieved when one is emotionally balanced.”

Mineral content: SiO2 + (Al,Fe,Ca,Mg,Li,Na)

Radiating purple ray, amethyst brings down one’s chaotic frequency to a tranquil and balanced state. The ultra-violet rays make it a stone for connection to Source by surrendering one’s attachments.

In terms of minerals, amethyst contains more manganese than rose quartz in view of its purple and pink combination; which is the colour of the oxidized manganese. This facilitates connection/communication with higher realms/the Source.

This stone enhances spiritual awareness by elevating one’s consciousness and aids in developing intuition.

The following are verbatim comments from practitioners who wore amethyst during the R&D period:

“More focused and conscious of one’s needs instead of acting on impulse.”

“Feels more focused at head area, mental clarity and more energized.”

“Well rested and feeling calm. Sometimes can be clairvoyant as I know beforehand what is going to happen at work.”

In the event of any adverse situation, it’s important to remember and apply the CLT Teachings and protocols that were taught in HG Academy of Crystal Energetics. This sharing shall be useful to tackle impact-based injuries; like a fall.

On Sunday (16/12/18), my son suffered a big impact on his right knee from a clash at the final bout in a taekwondo competition. He could not even put weight on his injured foot to continue. It was a TKO (technical knockout).  It was obvious he was grimacing in pain.

Though both my daughter and I did not know the extent of injury, we both remained calm and collected while St. John’s Ambulance’s staff attended to him. This is the concept of maintaining a coherent energy field to support a family person energetically while he/she is unwell or injured (due to shared field).

I had a black tourmaline bracelet so I put it around his ankle. I retrieved two more similar stones from my car for him to hold near the injured area to draw out positive ions. (Note- there’s usually concentration of positive ions around inflamed cells that impede healing).

Having done what I could in terms of energetics support, I stepped back and allowed the medical personnel to do the necessary but watched from a distance. Forty minutes later, the medical personnel determined there was no broken bones although my son still could not put any weight on that leg. I helped him to the car and drove home.

CLT Protocols at Home:

1. Alfalfa drink for supply of electrons, oxygen and to reduce inflammation

2. MSM for pain relief

3. Vitamin C to support healing

4. L-Glutamine for cellular repairs

5. Topical application of magnesium oil at the side of swollen knee.

6. Placed three crystals near the swollen area of the leg. The crystals were selected for their specific properties for the purpose of energy flow, pain relief and to improve blood flow of injured leg.

7. A set of tourmaline anklets to wear on both legs to draw out negative energy and grounding of positive ions.

8. Topical application of Christopher Complete Tissue & Bone ointment at the swollen area (a reputable product that does wonders in restoring flesh and internal healing of bones and cartilage).

On the third day, there was no more sign of acute inflammation. What’s left was a sizeable blue-black patch. Son was able to walk fairly well but yet to regain capability of full weight loading on his right foot. It was slightly under two weeks where we could conclude its full recovery from the impact-related injury.
